Description of Work: He hadn't worked on an LG one unit, combo washer/dryer before, but he still was able to diagnose that we needed a new pump motor. He came to put it in the day after we received the part in the mail. Very personable but focused.

Description of Work: Refrigerator was not producing cold air. Scheduled visit and he showed up exactly on time. spent about 10-15 minutes examining refrigerator and advised that the compressor was not functioning, replacement would be more costly than it was worth, recommended a new one instead of repair.
