Description of Work: I used Mainely Plumbing & Heating in December.

Description of Work: I have a very favorable report for Mainely Plumbing. The Service Tech, Andy, was courteous and much to my surprise he had had come prepared to "fix the problem" and did. I thought he may have to find out the problem and come back another time. But he had brought all parts needed from my discription of the problem. He had drop cloths around so he wouldn't track anythng on my floors and cleaned up before he left. I would recommend them for all plumbing concerns. Nice people!!!

Description of Work: Wonderful experience with the company, its owner, and the Technician (Ed). In short, we ran out of water and believed, for a number of reasons, that the water heater had failed. I contacted Mainely Plumbing, was listened to attentively by Lisa the office assistant, and she was able to assist me in obtaining the necessary informaiton off the Heater for the technician. Ed came out the next day, after the Owner called me to make sure that they were proceedingt with the right information, and figured out the problem right away. It was not the water heater, but the boiler. It gets more complicated but in essence, the problem was fixed and through a running explaination to a technically illiterate home owner, even I was able to understand what had happened. Great experience with a bad problem

Description of Work: He came in fixed the chain/stopper in the toilet. He also unplugged a slow drain in the tub. He also showed me how to do it my self next time. and gave me a drainer to get to keep the line free
