Paul Carter was very pleasant to work with and very reassuring I was a reck we had no running water and everyone else was so much higher and had a week wait or more Paul came after hours started the job and had it complete the next day. He was amazing and the work was accurate and well worth the money from the Juszkiewicz Family we thank you very much.

Very responsive an friendly. He works overtime to get it done if needed. Have used him before on toilet and shower installations.

Called to have frozen water pipe thawed. Service man came and cleared pipe, and removed the insulation from half the water pipe. Heat tape had apparently failed. Cost was expensive for the amount of labor involved. I was charged $225.00.
