Installed a disposal and re-plumbed the kitchen sink. Great job.

I hired them to clean out the main line of the house which was blocked with root. He did a good job with the clean out, but then charged me a "clean up fee." Only problem was he hadn't cleaned up anything. He put the debris (small roots) into a bucket I provided, but left a mess all over the floor! He wasn't even going to take the bucket out and empty it until I asked him about it.

They came out first to find the septic tank and then would have to come back with the pump truck to pump it. After utilizing the camera mechanism to locate the tank, we were advised that pumping wasn't really needed yet. They could easily have led us to believe it needed to be done, but they chose to be honest and save us the added cost. Honesty & integrity, i like that in a service provider!

I read in reviews that they keep the project clean, but that was not our experience. There was a good amount of 'splatter' all over the area that we spent hours cleaning.

They tried to add to the quoted price after the fact; but they did end up honoring their original price.

I had an emergency on a Saturday. The technician gave me an estimate before he came out. He was professional and did not go over the estimate. I was very pleased with the service.

Very quick response. 190 dollars is expensive in my opinion for clearing some drains with a wet vac. Overall awesome company though.
