The historic storm of 12/17/23 to 12/18/23 left us without power and water intrusion into our basement the result of a buried and blocked perimeter drain outlet. Emergency contact with Rooter man of Eliot provided us with some comfort on how to handle the problem overnight with the promise if we called back in the morning they would schedule a visit to come out and investigate the problem. They did that and within 15 minutes found the buried drain outlet, unburied it and water was gushing out of it snd our basement. Very professional and effective would highly recommended them for water drainage issue.

Came when they said they would. Did the job efficiently and thoroughly, explained the probable cause and how to avoid it. Quote was half the amount the other service I contacted quoted as thier base fee ($170 vs $345) and that is what they charged.

Anthony was very professional and new what he was doing, he was very prompt and personable. I am giving out the company info to many people,. I called Rooter-Man of Maine/ Nh for a clogged drain in my kitchen sink . I literally tried everything I could think of to clear the drain myself with no success . Anthony and Zac showed up on time and very organized to tackle the problem with my drain . They were courtious and professional and answered all my questions . They cleared my sink drain thoroughl. And I was a happy camper again . I would definately recommend this service . And i will have more work for them with plumbing in my home in the future .
