"We were in big trouble when our septic pumping system stopped working and backed up into the cellar. The waste water shorted out our water tank so we had no water, no septic and no plumber that would go down there to fix it. Pure Cleaning Solutions came the next Monday and spent the entire day disinfecting the area. We are so grateful to Nick for his help as we can now get a plumber to fix the water tank and get back to normal. Thank you!"

"Where do I start??? Hired to come and clean the chimney out before a Reno project. Took a vacation day and then got a call late afternoon that they had an emergency and had to reschedule. Changed to the next day. Then got another call late afternoon that they had to reschedule again after I took another day off. I said no. You need to honor your commitment. They said they would be there after 5 on that day. Fine. Got a call at 6pm from tech trying to find my address. Not even sure where he was. Tried calling the tech back 45 min later and he wouldnâ t answer. Needless to say I lost 2 vacation days and no response from this company. They never even reached out to reschedule. DO NOT HIRE THEM."

"Do not believe what you are told by this company!!! I live out of state and ordered a deep cleaning for my disabled brother to include: carpets shampooed, inside windows washed, walls washed, his bathroom cleaned and the refrigerator. Three women showed up and argued about who was supposed to bring the carpet shampooer. They couldn't wash the walls as promised because they aren't insured to stand on a ladder. Never mentioned to me upon hiring. Skipped windows. Did not do the refrigerator. Conducted a basic cleaning that I could have hired a church member to do for less than $350. I requested my money back or send another work crew out to complete what I ordered. The owner Bobbi refused and stopped communication with me. These are hard times for everyone, especially those of us from Maine but mostly for our disabled honorable men and women who the state can not adequately fund due to supporting people not from our country/state. Now, add on wasting money on a cleaning company that can not follow through with what they agreed to. Better get everything in writing if you want to hire this bunch!!! Save your time and money and hire someone else!!!"

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."
