Bone Dry Rocks! They came in to look at my hardwood and give me a price on refinishing them. They were able to save me a ton of money by cleaning them and sealing after! One room had too many scratches so I chose to get them refinished. They came out awesome! They also did my tile and grout! Cleaned, sealed, and even color sealed one bath since the grout was in bad shape and needed repair. It looks like new! After they were all done I asked if they knew a company that cleans homes-guess what, they do! Jeff had 2 ladies come in that day and clean so well. Going to use them to clean on a monthly basis now...thanks Jeff I like them because: They were clean, careful with my pets and belongings, and wore booties on their feet at all times! They did not smell like smoke so that made me happy as well. I am happy I found them!

Were not able to use "Bone Dry" method because carpet was in poor condition. Method used left carpets clean, fresh, and spot-free. Remarkably, our dog did not return to the spots he had habitually marked. This is our highest praise.

I've used this company before and was very pleased. So I called them again to have them clean and seal my tile and grout and also had them strip and wax my wood floor. Was extremely pleased with the results. Staff was wonderful and professional. While they were here I found out the do house cleaning as well. They came the next day and I was very impressed. Very through with their cleaning. Bone Dry are definitely the masters of cleaning whatever it may be!!!! Highly recommend this company.

Jeff is fabulous. My daughter was coming home with her baby on short notice for a stay with us. With dogs in the house, I wanted my grandbaby to be crawling on very clean surfaces. Jeff made himself available and was on time, very concerned about "green" cleaning to protect the baby and pets, and very respectful of my property. The rugs came out fantastic. He even cleaned a smaller plain rug at no extra cost. One of the rugs is very heavy and large. He and his partner moved furniture and got the rug out onto the driveway. Both rugs cleaned beautifully and dried and returned to house that day. I will be calling him again.

I had a wonderful experience with Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning. I initially contacted them through the website and they replied immediately with more information. We discussed on the phone and scheduled a time for them to come out. Jeff and Jared were both very professional and friendly when they arrived. They determined that our couch needed some special cleaning solution so we rescheduled for another visit later in the week. They communicated via text message which I found very hip and modern. They arrived on time and did an amazing job with our coach. They used tape to remove dog hair, vaccuumed, and hand cleaned each cushion on the couch (an extremely thorough job). They also recommended an alternative to scotch guard called green guard which is organic and better for our dogs who spend lots of time on the couch. Jeff was very friendly and told us how much he enjoyed his job and his company. They were great people and provided a great service. Highly recommended and would use them again for upholstery, carpets, and flooring.

Did a terrific job: I'd forgotten that the carpet is so pretty, a variegated light beige. Drying time was shorter than with other companies: a real plus.

My carpet hasn't been cleaned since we moved into our house 4 years ago and there were many stains. Jeff and his crew arrived and cleaned our carpets very professionally. They took out all the stains and my carpet look like new. Will definitely hire them again.

This is a VERY IMPRESSIVE company with an outstanding, very effective service and clean, efficient, intelligent, professional, upbeat workers. I jumped at their Angie's List Big Deal, since our carpets were in dire need of cleaning.... but I actually had little hope that many of the stains on an off-white carpet with many stains that I had been unable to remedy with super Resolve and other spot-removing products. Those stains were the result of a major roof/ceiling leak after an ice dam incident a few years ago as well as all manner of preteen make-up experimenting and other untoward events. Although I thought it was a good thing to have our carpets cleaned, I fully expected that we'd still need to buy new carpeting for at least two of those rooms because of the terrible stains! But all of the stains came out, and the carpets look new again, even though they are old! The off-white Berber style carpets are especially beautiful and make the rooms look as if we have better lighting now. Amazing! I'm a believer. It's exciting to have such clean carpets where I had honestly lost all hope that they could be restored. Jeff & Jerrod thoroughly cleaned, dried and Scotchguard-protected carpets in 3 large bedrooms, including large closets, an adjacent playroom and a dressing-room. They even moved several pieces of very heavy furniture (and put them back with plastic protectors between the furniture and the carpet, to make doubly sure that no hint of moisture would cause a problem for the furnishings or the carpets. They also gave me an 8-ounce bottle of their special spot cleaner to use in cleaning up the occasional spill. Also worth mentioning: Every communication with Jeff was prompt, cheerful, and very professional. Both Jeff and Jerrod are good communicators and very kind as well as effective workers. I look forward to hiring Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning again for other rooms and upholstery cleaning in the future, and I will definitely talk them up to friends and colleagues. I am so impressed!

Cleaned one very large bedroom, a long hallway and stairs. I had already had an estimate done by Lowes to replace 15 year old light beige Berber carpeting that had been in the house for 15 years. Bone Dry arrived on time and spent two hours cleaning a carpet with many stains. A day later we canceled the estimate prepared by Lowes as the carpet was so clean there was no need to replace. His initial response was timely and he worked very hard while here. The special deal did not include stairs but was very worth the extra $50 for cleaning of carpet on stairs. I would highly recommend this service as other had previously done on Angie's List. A great company to work with and will definitely use again

I bought an Angie's List deal from this provider - $99 for up to 200 sq. ft of carpet in 2 rooms. I only wanted our living room done, however, and it is quite a bit over the 200 sq ft limit, so I had to pay an additional $37.50 for the overage, plus we are outside the 15 mile radius, so there was a small charge for mileage. I have never seen my carpet so clean before. Ever. We've hired other cleaning companies since moving into this house in 2007, but they all either had areas they could not get clean, or the dirt/stains came back up through the carpet after they left. We had been considering replacing the carpet, but now it looks brand new, and now, three hours after he arrived, it is completely "bone dry." Even at full price, the service would be worth it.. I highly recommend them.

I bought a voucher for carpet cleaning on Living Social and set up a date for Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning to come to my house.....due to a miscommunication (I then thought), they extended the date to April 18th. On April 18th, I called them about 15 minutes before they were to arrive to see if they were on their way and was informed that they had moved the date out two more weeks. They never contacted me with the change in date. Due to the fact that I had already moved furniture out of the room twice, I told them I no longer wanted their services. They are very unprofessional and can not be trusted to arrive when the service date and time have been scheduled. I have to thank you Living Social for refunding the cost to me as I am sure I would never have received a refund from Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
