Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning

Two workmen arrived promptly, explained what process they would use to clean my carpets. They were professional and very polite. After cleaning the carpet in each room they used fans to speed the drying. The carpets are now drying, they are sparkling clean, no spots remain. As they predictied the carpets will be dry in another hour. I couldn't be more pleased.

Well...Client well informed and really brough me into the process of understanding not only what they do but pointing out to me things I would have not seen and how they can fix it. Also, he asked many questions that I appreciated to understand any further needs around cleaning and offered great ideas.

I originally signed up for three rooms but when they came in they offered to do the stairs at a very reasonable additional fee and threw in a small bedroom for free. They worked very hard getting the stains out of my carpets. One technician went over and over the areas until he was completely satisfied. The carpets look fantastic. I told them I was going to have them come in annually to keep the carpets looking great. I would highly recommend them

Do use this company for your carpet cleaning! The team moved all our furniture out of the living room and cleaned every inch of the carpet twice in addition to adding a very clean smelling enzyme to reduce some stains/dog aroma from the carpets. A couple of reviewers here mentioned that their carpets looked like new after being cleaned by Bone Dry which I found hard to believe. BUT our carpet really does look like it's brand new! Jeff, the owner, and his two associates worked incredibly h****** a very nasty, hot humid day to get the job done. There is no adjective to describe how delighted we are with the work they did. Perfect, the cleaners were personable and efficient. They finished in less than the 4 hours, but it was okay because they got it all done. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

The young couple who arrived 15 minutes early were extremely personable, efficient, and professional. Jeff assured me he was sending the best. Well he is a man of his word. I asked them to concentrate their cleaning to the first floor (kitchen, dining area, family room, bathroom, and living room) and upstairs bath. As I continued my work outside, they set to work doing their magic. In 2hrs. they transformed our house into a sparkling, shining, great smelling place. Best of all it was great to see my wife's reaction. She is in awe that a stain she has been trying desperately to remove from her vanity, has mysteriously disappeared. Great job well done! Will definitely have this young couple back to work their magic again. Besides, there is a fat goofy cat who lives here and a boxer who really liked them!

3-person team - had the carpets all cleaned in less than 3 hours. Very professional. I would highly recommend them and use them again anytime.

The company was great in communicating and being open to change last minute scheduling matters. Unfortunately, my tenant no longer wishes to have the carpet done for they have moved-in.

Jeff, the owner of bone dry carpet cleaning and his counterpart Joel were terrific. They were at on time as scheduled . They were both cheerful and professional & they went right to work immediately.. We bought our home three years ago and we have intended on having the carpets cleaned ever since . We thought we would give bone dry carpet cleaning a try since the ratings on Angie's List were consistently quite good.. We definitely were not disappointed. I highly recommend these dedicated Professionals.. Our old tired carpets look brand-new.. This company is top notch!

It turned out very well with Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning. They just did exactly what I needed to have done. They arrived, did their job and they were very professional and business-like. I'm very happy with the result. I had some additional work done other than what was on the big deal. It was an additional $350 for the repair work that they did. I really have no basis for comparison bu as far as I'm concerned I got the value for what I paid.

We had a really great experience. Communication was great and they were ON TIME! Our carpets are 15 years old and, except for the very high traffic areas, came out great! Love their process. Carpet was dry much faster that our experiences with other carpet cleaners. They vacuumed prior to cleaning and moved furniture. We even had two wool area rugs cleaned and were very please. Staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

They were very nice and professional. They cleaned the grout/tile in our master bedroom. It looked great afterwards. They were also very clean in that they placed shoe covers upon entering my house initially and cleaned up after everything was done. The owner spent a decent amount of time talking to me about other things (because I asked him). The grout in my shower and other bathrooms were chipping and cracked. He made some nice recommendations and provided me with a quote to do the work, if I wanted. We also talked about my hardwood floors that have been scratched up and he made some recommendations there, as well. Overall, I thought the owner was very personable, as he talked to me in length about my hardwood floors, bathroom and mudroom tiles. He seemed very knowledgeable about his trade and enjoyed his job. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish they would have kept the shoe covers on throughout the cleaning. They went in and out of the house for stuff but eventually stopped wearing the shoe covers. This made boot marks on my hardwood floor, which I usually wouldn't care, but unfortunately I have not been able to get the marks off. I'm hoping that over time and with frequent cleaning, it will come off eventually. Overall, I would use this company again without hesitation.

The team was professional. Took great care with the furniture in the room. Found the best way to work with the machinery (the cleaning system is hooked up to their truck and our room was on the second floor). The carpet looked great and they left everything in great shape.

It worked out excellent. They came out within the first few weeks after the deal was purchased. $149 was a quote for 200 square feet and we had a bit more than 200 square feet. What they charged us was appropriate. It was another $100.

We paid them a travel cost of $20 or $25 because my place was out of their normal area. The woman who came out was very good. She seemed trustworthy and easy to talk to. She also worked constantly. I like having one person that I know in the house cleaning. I do not like services that bring in different people each time. I used the big deal promotion so I did not use their regular price and it was a good price.

It went very well. They were punctual. They did the job thoroughly. They went a little bit beyond what they originally said they would do without charging extra. They were great.

My experience with Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning was good. They did a good job. It is clean. I was pleased with them. I did some extra things with them. It took a little while, he sort of had something so we had to reschedule a few times but on the whole quality of the work, they did a nice job. They came and re-stretched the carpet because it was buckling in places. They did a nice job. I wanted to do that. They did not at all try to buy me up. I was the one that wanted to have the carpet stretched. They were good. They got the carpet cleaned. They stretched it properly. I don't know if I got a good deal on the second thing but he was very good. I don't have any complaints about them. He was excellent. I would say that the biggest problem was scheduling but after we got that fixed it was fine. I guess the pricing was okay. I think we did get a deal on the stretching, I don't know. The price was reasonable and seems to me it was good. I guess the punctuality was fine. Let's give them all 'A's. They were pretty good. I would use them again.
