Description of Work: He came on a Saturday and replaced a valve for our washing machine. He tested everything and narrowed it down to the valve, went to the hardware store and bought it, and installed it...all within an hour.

Description of Work: Removed old fittings in bathroom wall and installed new tub and shower inflow fixtures and control module. We were in a tight spot with respect to time. They worked us into their schedule; showed up at the promised time and completed the job in a timely and effective manner. We were impressed.
