Bad. First, the plumber found the wrong place for the plug and it was not fixed. New plumber was more successful. They recommended a new tank. It was installed improperly and new plumber did it better. They promised to come back and finish installing it, but that was months ago and we are still waiting. They charged us over $150 an hour for the installation. When asked they promised to fix it, but they have not done so. They also promised to install something else but have not done so.

I went very well, he is a very nice man and knows what he is doing. I was very please with his work

They put me on the schedule for the soonest and then advised if I could find someone sooner to book them. I appreciated the honesty. They were more concerned with me then the money they would have gotten.

I called this afternoon, and in spite of the fact that they were very busy (I wasn't the only one with frozen pipe problems!), they fit me in late afternoon, fixed it, and left here at twenty of six for their last job of the day. Friendly, professional, and got the work done -- it's great to know who I'll be calling for any future plumbing needs!

His prices are as reasonable as anybody. Their work was very satisfactory.

Called Mr. Turnbull early yesterday to ask him to come look at a leaking toilet. He said he'd call back later in the day. Got home to find the leak much worse. Called him again, and he was at my house in 30 mins. He carefully looked for the source of the leak - it was a gasket between the tank and toilet bowl, not the wax ring - and completed the job within an hour. Very happy with his responsiveness and thoroughness. Would definitely use again.

This was a job that entailed replacing a cracked drainage pipe which was inside an interior wall. George accessed the broken pipe with little interruption to the wall. Cracked portion of the pipe was replaced.

I initially called him on 7/25/14 because I was concerned about a too loose spout that had leaked previously possibly leaking again, within 30 days of closing on the house. He returned my call within a few hours and scheduled to come out the very next morning at 8 am. He arrived and very nicely took off his shoes when I asked him too! This is a big deal to me because I have whitish carpets that were in the house when I bought it, and they show every possible little speck of dirt (I hate carpet!!). He went upstairs and looked at the spout and said it was not good grade stainless steel metal, and took it off and scraped of the caulk I had added with a razor and left no marks on the shower wall which I was very happy with. He then installed the new spout, heavily caulking everything explaining the logic of everything as he went. He then added more caulk to the back of shower unit and then tested the whole works. It looked good. Then, being scared of anything that doesn't look right, I noticed that a small amount of water would come from the spout when the shower was engaged. I called him, on 7/31/14 and he returned my call that night, and came the next morning on 8/1/14 looked at and said that was normal and to call him if ever had any other concerns. He was very prompt, professional, and quick. I also liked how he explained everything and answered all my questions. I would definitely call him again.

We'd heard that George Turnbull was a master plumber, who'd decided to go off on his own. We figured our job was a small one, but important to be done correctly nonetheless. We also thought the lines for this small job might become a part of a much larger bathroom addition in the future, giving us more reason to hire someone who can see the bigger picture and plan ahead without breaking the bank on what was a small immediate need. So we decided to interview George. It was clear in discussing the projects with him that he was looking for the most appropriate way to install the lines to meet our needs, manage costs, and provide a quality solution without breaking the bank. We hired him on the spot to begin work at his earliest convenience.

This plumber was knowledgeable and efficient with great attention to detail. I have already hired him for another job.
