Solved the immediate problem, dealt with an impending problem, and looking forward to them installing a water treatment system for my well. Great family business; HIGHLY recommended.

Very pleased with the service on my ancient water softener. I really appreciated the explanations regarding the issues and suggestions for considering replacing both the 25 yr old softener system and the water tank. I will definitely have Ed and his son back to do the upgrades. Very reasonable too.

Family owner operated. Exceedingly professional. Attentive to our needs and walked us through every upgrade they made to our well and pump system. Very friendly and polite. Great work ethic with both parties working well together to accomplish our mutual needs in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend!

Did a good job replacing our well pump, very nice and professional. It was a little pricey but kind of expected since they provided same day service on a Saturday. Followed up a couple hours after the work was completed.

This team showed up at the last moment and stayed to replace our well pump until the work was completed. It was on the higher side of what I expected for the work that was preformed, however they were prompt, polite and professional and that has value. I would recommend this team to anyone that is looking for a professional job done right the first time.

I needed a "quick" repair as I had a leak in my sump pump hose - leaking into my mudroom area that I was struggling with myself. I found McMahon's on HomeAdviosr and sent a text late at night, and Ed text me at 6:30 the very next morning! Such a quick reply and he was at my house before the business day ended with a repair and ideas on how to make my system more efficient. Have already discussed a project we need done in early summer and plan on hiring McMahon's to do so! Thank you!

Poor communication in meeting with me / The work was good

They were very flexible as I only requested a quote but decided while here to have them do the work since they were so reasonable. They fit me in and got the job done. The appointment process was excellent. Nice people, great work. I would highly recommend them to any one.

The description of them said that it would be a father and son, that's exactly who they are. They are both very personable and got the work done quickly. They charge a fair price and my sump pump is now working great!

i'd use them again

I got home from work at 830pm and noticed my sump pump pit was just about to overflow in my basement and 1 of the sump pumps had a hose that was badly cracked so even when running was spraying water out of the pit, called McMahon's at 845pm and Ed McMahon was at my house within 30 minutes, repaired the damaged pump and hose with about 1 hour 15 minutes labor. I felt it was a decent price for an after hours emergency rate and he did discuss possible future things that could be done to better the situation even more and we will be calling him back for future water and plumbing work. Was very honest with me and didn't try to get us to spend what didn't need to be spent.

Very quick to respond.Did a good job of coming up with a cost-effective game plan to deal with the leak. Performed the job with integrity (did not take advantage of the situation and perform unnecessary work). Took the extra step of a follow-up call. Recommended other professionals in his network. So far so good.
