As others have said - very friendly, very professional, timely, and absolutely helped me get to the bottom of a frustrating well problem. The only downside was their cost was ridiculously high ($1500 for a 60min job that typically runs closer to $750/1k) and we only paid because we didn't have another option at the time.

Very responsive. Came to my home the same day I called and quickly fixed the issue. They provided feedback on some other areas that may require attention in the future.

Came immediately. Knowledgeable friendly. Price was high for the 20 minutes there and a connection for tubing. I would mostlikely use them again

Ed was great! He explained what was wrong and how he would replace the well pump only. He said the rest of the well was in good shape. When finished he cleaned up, took time to explain what needed to be done in the fall. J was thrilled to have water again.

Chad was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he inspected and then replaced the well pump. We will definitely turn to him for future maintenance.

Hired them to test my water/evaluate my current water treatment system. Ed was very knowledgeable, and knew everything I had questions about. Our test came back high in Radon, and he reached out before I even called to talk options for mitigation. He sent me a quote and ordered the system within a day.

We were without water for 6 days, a lot of the plumbers we contacted would not even return our call. We spoke with McMahons on Friday and by Monday afternoon we had water. Caleb and Jeff were awesome, they drove a new driven point for us in no time, got more water than we have had in years, very easy to talk to and had good answers and if he was nor sure Caleb would contact his Brother or Dad who have more experience. We have a new plumber! Oh the people that we dumped over 5000.00 dollars with 2 months ago for a new pump and water treatment that are located in Lewiston never returned my call. Thanks McMahons!!!

Service was prompt, courteous and professional. Cost was a bit pricier than other quotes I'd received but they did a good job and rates may have gone up on the interim.

They responded same day to a well pump repair situation even though I was not an established customer. They were honest, on-time and very reasonably priced, and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend them!
