Ed and Chad were polite, professional and explained each step as they did it. I could not have asked for a better experience. My husband and I had attempted to replace a well pump by ourselves and could not figure out the problem of why we couldn't get water into the house. I called Ed and Chad at 430pm and they came to my home at 9am the next morning. They were extremely clean, wiping the tank every time water dripped on it. Eventually they had to climb in the well and replace pipes. They did not hesitate and they were affordable for the work they completed. Honestly I expected the cost to be much more with 2 service people on site. I am so grateful and wish my first call had been to Ed and Chad. The first people I had called came and left within 20 minutes telling me they were unable to fix it and wanted $200. Ed and Chad treated me like a friend and I really needed that after 2-3 days without water. If you are thinking about calling Ed and Chad, do it! You won't regret it!

They gave very good service and very quickly on a Sunday morning.

Chad showed up the day that I called and replaced my water pressure tank along with a new pressure switch and new piping. Chad was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use McMahon's Water Service again and would highly recommend them to my friends.

Chad was able to find and fix our camp water pump that wouldn't prime. He was very pleasant and professional. I will seek him out again in the future.

I had asked him to inspect the sump pump system in my new old house. Chad was here when scheduled, did a complete check, tested the battery and water discharge. He was neat, professional, and courteous.

The job was fixed quickly and all is running well. They were very friendly and knowledgable. The only thing of concern is that for the cost of the job, the clean up after the repair was not that great Other than that, I would hire them again.

Professional, courteous young men. I'm 71 so everyone is "young". Chad explained what was needed and (most important) why. Caleb did what he was supposed to in a polite and professional manner. I've had negative experiences with contractors and "professionals"... not through Home Advisor, so I would recommend both McMahon Water Sources and Home Advisor highly. They replaced my old pump with a submersible and my water tank with a newer, more efficient model. Very pleased and am already spreading the word to friends and relatives. Thank you McMahon's and Home Advisor. No more shopping with the yellow pages or local paper.

They replaced a sump pump in the basement of one of our condo bldgs. They returned my call very quickly and were out to fix it that morning.

Ed brought his adult son, Chad with him on the installation. Installation was quick. The tank overflowed and spilled resin on the utility floor (which was unfinished concrete so no big deal.). The water from the overflow and the dirt already on the floor in the utility room made something of a mess and with three men moving in and out of the utility room the floor got quite messy. Tile floor adjacent to the utility room so that was no big deal either. All questions were answered including a couple that I emailed to Ed a couple days after the installation. I would hire again.

Completed the maintenance of the water system as agreed. Was pleasant and professional. My experience with this company was a refreshing change from past experiences with other contractors. I was treated fairly and honestly and my questions were answered without being condescending. I still have brown water coming from my tub and will contact this company again to try to solve this lingering problem as I have every confidence that he will be able to solve it!

Ed showed up on time, provided a thorough estimate, and completed the job in the required time period. Would recommend for installing a pressure booster.

II needed emergency service because my water tank for my well was clicking loudly. As soon as I completed my search on Home Adviser I had a text from Ed with a phone number. I called and within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and talked me through pulling the breaker so my well pump wouldn't burn out. Ed was here the next day and installed a new tank. I will recommend Ed people I know. He is very professional, arrived with all the new tank and everything he needed to install the tank. His customer service is outstanding. Thank you Ed!

Mr. McMahon and his sons turned up promptly - on the same day, and when they said they would. They were both affable, professional and workmanlike in the execution of their task, and solved my problem. My only concern is that the bill, (165.00) seemed a bit steep for the half hour that they were at my house. That said, I did not ask them for a cost estimate before I started, so I made no objection. They did solve my problem, but if I were to use them again, I would ask for a schedule of rates before agreeing to commence work.
