Great an on time

It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. McMahon. He provided excellent advice, service, and products.

Our water stopped running on a Sunday and we called late in the day. Chad (military veteran) and Liam came Monday morning. They found a severed/fried wire that they were able to repair within minutes. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, informative, fast, friendly, and affordable. We feel lucky to have found them and will continue to hire them for any future well/pump services!

They were the first to get back to me. Everything went as quoted and promised. It was a 100% satisfactory.

My pump died , so I went on Home advisor and McMahon's called me back as well as a couple others. Mr. Mcmahon was at my house within about 2 hours and told me that the pump was gone! He explained why and what he could do. The next day his son was at my house and fixed the pump and put in a holding tank and everything is working so much better now!!! I am very happy with the work

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Both gentlemen that showed up to my house were very knowledgeable and very professional. They made their recommendations as to the service I needed and did not try to sell me something I didn t need. They were well supplied and happened to have exactly what I needed on their truck. Due to a time constraint on their end due to work load and I didn t have a service call just an inspection of my system they took the time to do the job and went way beyond the call of duty to help me out. I ve already handed out four of their business cards and will only call them for my pump needs. Also they have veterans on their staff so it was a win win I support small business especially when they support our veterans. Extremely happy with mr McMahon and the services he offers.

A disaster was averted with the service from McMahons. Phone calls were returned promptly. Technicians arrived within the time frame specified, were professional, answered our many questions and offered suggestions as to how to get the best preformance from our well/water treatment system and prevent disasters in the future. We would highly recommend McMahons!

Very knowledgeable & polite! I called on Monday about 4 PM and they were at the house the next morning just after 9. All repaired and cleaned up by noon. I would recommend McMahon's Water Service to anyone that needs a plumber!

I was completely out of water, this is New Year's Eve. I called my usual plumber, not working today. Then I went to Home Advisor and McMahon's was first on the list. I received the call 4 hours after I left a message and the service person came right over. I had my water running 20 minutes later. I am a happy camper. I looked like, because of the holiday tomorrow, that I would have a much longer wait.

Our problem with our well pump started with a power outage, & I was without water. I spoke with Ed on the phone a couple of times, but it was Chad who came & helped me with the well pump. Both Ed & Chad were polite & courteous. Chad arrived when I was told he would, showed me the problem, & how he fixed it. I had another unrelated problem because of the power outage, & Chad helped resolve that, too, much to my relief! I will definitely give McMahon's Water Services a call for any future water related problems.
