McMahon's Water Services was great to work with. He was very friendly and very prompt in returning my phone call and in scheduling a service date. He came out a couple days after I called for a free estimate, then when he determined it was the well pump that was bad, he was able to come out the very next day to fix it! I was very impressed with the quality of work done, the timeliness, the cost for the job, and the customer service. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use him in the future if I have any other repair or water service needs.

He was prompt, prepared and professional. It turned out to be a minor problem which he took care of quickly and reasonably.

We had a leaking toilet and was not able to use it. We called on a Sunday and within minutes, my call was returned. The next day he and his associate were here. They were timely, efficient, and friendly. They did awesome work and were VERY reasonable priced. I will call them for all of my future needs.

I called many places and they were the only one to answer my call for help! Ed came out on a Saturday, Valentines day no less, right before a big blizzard and fixed my frozen well pump in a matter of minutes. He also gave me great advice on good maintenance. I reached out to Home Advisor to solve an emergency Sump Pump failure. No more than 20 minutes later, Ed McMahon called my phone and we discussed the situation and the next steps. He was at my house within the hour and replaced my terrible old sump pump with a brand new pump. Last winter a similar thing happened and left my basement flooded with damage to my furnace and I spent nearly double the cost having the water removed by another company and never bothered to replace the sump pump after it continued working. Ed's not only a super friendly professional with over 20+ years of experience, but his prices are incredibly reasonable. If you ever have any problems with your sump pump, Ed is the absolute top of the line, especially in emergency situations. Go with Ed, you won't be dissapointed.
