Description of Work: They trimmed two large branches from a tree that were overhanging our house and deck. They also cut some smaller limbs to even out the tree canopy. They did a great job - finished in about an hour and cleaned everything up nicely. Prompt and very courteous.

Description of Work: They removed 2 dead black locust trees from our front yard and a dying locust tree off of our patio in the back. They arrived on time, got the work done very quickly, and did a nice job of cleaning up. My only complaint is that there was a lot of damage to the surrounding plants and the bobcat tore up our lawn in some sections, which was likely unavoidable. I would still be happy to use this company again and plan to have them remove another dying tree this year, I'm just hoping to have the work done while my garden is dormant.

Description of Work: The crew did a great job in pruning and shaping one of our trees. They arrived on time, consulted with us so that we were able to get the final look that we wanted, and always were easy and pleasant to work with. When they finished the job, the clean-up was thorough and no trash was left behind. We will have them back for future tree work.

Response from Cutting Edge Tree Experts
On 8/6/12 Cutting edge gave the member a proposal for tree work at his residence. The customer was advised at the time that due to the recent storms we were approx 6 weeks behind on the schedule. The customer advised that they would contact us if they wanted the work done. The customer several weeks later called back and said they wanted the work completed and they were once again advised that our work load was still 5-6 weeks out. They were advised to sign the contract and send it to the office and we would put them on the schedule. No contract was received. The member was called several times and messages left on his work phone. On 12/10/12 I spoke to his secretary who advised that he was in his office and transfered me. He did not answer at Which time I left him another message. On 12/13/12 I called his wifes cell phone again at which time I spoke to the member who advised that he received my message and also advised that he still wanted the work done. The member advised the he wanted the work done the week of Christmas. I advised him that we could accomodate his request. He was advised that we still needed a signed contract from him to complete the work. He advised that he did not have the contract and requested a copy which I sent via Fax. On 12/24/12 the member was called again and a message was left advising we still do not have signed contract from him. After seeing the above posting from the member I contacted him again in treference to it. I advised him that we must have a Signed contract in order schedule and complete work at his residence. We attempt to provide every customer with the highest quality work and professionalism. We attempt to be responsive to customers calls with out being overbearing. We apologize for any negative fealing towards our company.
