"This company is the epitome of excellence. I hired JES to install engineered push piers for our slab. Prior to the work being done our entire upstairs would squeak, no matter how softly you’d step. After they completed, the squeaky floor subsided by 80/90%! Which is so amazing, and I didn’t even think it would fix as much as it did. We also had them use polyurethane foam to stabilize additional areas of our slab and driveway! The driveway wasn’t bad, but there’s a noticeable improvement. Where me and my husband were really impressed was by the production crew. They were extremely buttoned up, timely, and extremely considerate. They even managed to allow my kids to nap without disturbing them! How they did that is beyond me. When they got up though, they started the “jacking” process. My oldest son (6) and I were giggling at the noises it made, and the crew laughed along with him. The crew leaders- Greg Shock and Luis Carranza communicated through every step of the process and insured that we were 100% satisfied with the project prior to even asking for a final payment. That alone made me feel secure about my decision to have JES do this work. When it comes to home services, this company is truly a class act and a clear level above other companies in their field. They offer full solutions without adding on a ton of extras to pad the cost. I was informed of the importance of drainage around our slab, and it was explained to me with such grace and patience. I am not well versed in this field ha! Not only was excellent work done, but it is also warrantied for life! JES will be the only contractor I call going forward for my foundation needs. LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"
