Description of Work: We pay them a monthly fee for inspections and emergency services. The inspections are done each summer, and we needed one emergency assist last winter when it was very cold and we had accidentally shut off our furnace switch. At about midnight, a service tech came here to help us, and drove here from Pennsylvania. These folks are terrific.

+ -1 moreThey had to come out two times. The first time they came out it didn't fix the problem, so they came out a second time. The second time they got it fixed and they didn't charge for their labor. They were punctual and responsive.
