Description of Work: Replaced a bathroom faucet, drain assembly and supply tubes ($450 after $100 repair credit), and inspected all our other faucets, toilets and plumbing. Recommended replacing all four of our toilets ($2,500), a second faucet, drain pipe and corroded trap ($600) and various other fixes (another $1,000). I would consider using them again, but becuse of the cost, will first get a second opinion and pricing from others.

Description of Work: The $69 you pay for two toilets being tuned up and a plumbing inspection? Well, the definition of a tune-up is very limited. It cost me $250 extra to have new parts and such that it was claimed I needed. (And I had to bargain for that). Now the toilet doesn't completely flush what's in it. The guy was nice enough, and following orders, but it was annoying at the time, and now the toilet doesn't completely handle what's in it.

Description of Work: Uninstalled the old toilet, installed the new one that I provided, caulked the base to the floor, tested for leaks. Very neat and clean, no mess at all. Did an entire house plumbing inspection, pointed out some potential probls to keep an eye on. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely call them in the future!

Description of Work: I had a few toilets that were constantly slowly leaking. I saw this offer and thought it was a good idea. The plumber showed up promptly, and was very friendly. He looked at our toilets, and then said we had to get a service of $249 for each toilet. So for 3 toilets , I got an estimate of $750. I was in disbelief...so much so I was laughing. This guy wanted to charge more than the actual cost of the toilet to fix it. He did the stupid thing and 'called his manager'...and he confirmed the price. I said no, please leave, and after a little insistence, he did. A few days later when my brother and brother-in-law visited, they went to Home Depot, got a new flapper (for $3.95) for each toilet, spent 5 minutes each toilet installing it and it was fixed. I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone ever using Pipes n' Plumbers...they are not honest.
