They were comparable to the other companies. They seemed to be knowledgeable when they came out. However it did take six weeks before the doors were installed.

I was looking to replace all of my house windows. I saw several companies. I choice see-thru windows, because I was promise better heating and less outside noise. All lie.

The salesman was wonderful. He was very professional and not pushy which was amazing. He was very informative and I felt like he was very honest. We received the windows within 2 weeks which was quicker that we expected. We had a problem with the door, and they came and fixed it within a week. They were very prompt and thorough with their work.

I had a hard time finding people who did custom windows but then I found See-Thru Windows. They came out and took some measurements. Two weeks later the windows were fabricated and installed. It took them about a day and half to install the windows. I got the product that I order and they were perfect. Their employees were very friendly. They actually did a few things that weren't necessarily in the contract at no extra cost. I did however have a few problems with their helper. It was just a minor irritation. They finished the project on time and for the price they told me. I'm totally satisfied with the results. I feel that their prices were competitive.

When I called the company it took the individual answering the phone 4 times before he finally got the spelling of my name (and I spoke slowly). I scheduled my appointment for the next day. The individual who showed up at my home was early (he gets bonus points for that), but then he asked me to following him and write down his measurements as he took them (he gets points taken away for that.) His presentation was exceptionally well done, but the price that he provided me was almost triple what others had for the same window! (That is even with the "discounts".)

The installation was okay. The follow-up to come and repair a small problem wasn't very good.

I previously got a quote from this company 5 years ago for windows, and their prices were outrageously high ($900 for vinyl windows). I guess I was a glutton for punishment because I just received a quote for vinyl siding from them. The sales person started by giving me a quote of over $50,000 for 3,200 sq. feet of siding, and additional $20,000 for trim and gutters!!! That's so absurd that I had to tell him that. He then proceeded to tell me how he can offer me a 25% discount if I get them to do the job in the next 30 days, inventing some BS story about a manufacturer's rebate. And finally he offered me a 50% discount if I signed that day. With this "50% discount", which he didn't even properly calculate, the price would be still a total of $40,000, which is about twice what the high-end siding job on my house should cost. Unbelievable! Stay away from these people.

They are very good. We bought our front storm door from them two years ago. The installation went very well. It took about three and a half hours.

They didn't do the work right. They took down my security doors and never put them back up. I had to write them numerous letters before they finally came back out.

The company scheduled an appointment, called to say they'd be 15 to 20 minutes late (they were stuck in traffic). An hour later I called since no one had arrived and told them not to bother; they didn't understand why representative wasn't there. Two hours after the scheduled appointment, the representative showed up and sent him home. They're not the only company in the area.

I got an estimate for an entry door - but the salesman and tactic was very pushy. He "couldn't leave" without checking in with his manager to see if there was "anything else they could do." Two days later someone else from the company called to say that the owner of the company agreed that the price was too high and offered a discounted price. I didn't like the sales tactic so went with another company.

They are horribly overpriced and their sales tactics are high pressure. Salesman couldn't help us in the show room, had to come to our house and give a 2hr presentation, and then we had to sign then or lose the ''great'' price. When we declined, he asked, coversationally, how much we'd like to pay. I quoted a figure. Two days later, I got a call from the home office, offering me just that price. When I declined, the sales rep became rude.

THEY DID A PRETTY SLOPPY JOB IN MY OPINION. THEY JUST SLAPPED THEM IN. THEY LOOSENED UP THE FRAMES ON THE WINDOWS AND DIDN'T TIGHTEN THEM BACK UP. THEY DID HAUL OFF THE MESS THEY MADE AND THE OLD WINDOWS.

I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM, THEY DID A POOR JOB AND I WAS WAY OVERCHARGED. THE SALESMAN DID NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING AND THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG WINDOW. THEY TOOK OUT TWO PIECES OF GLASS AND HELD THEM UNTIL WE PAID THE REST OF THE BILL AND IT WAS WINTER.

THEY EMPLOY HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS. THE WORKERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY WAS HORRIBLE. WE HAD A LEAKING PROBLEM AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY ON THE WINDOWS. OVERALL THE JOB DONE WAS A SLOPPY ONE.

I WAS SURPRISED THEY GOT THEM ALL IN-IN ONE DAY. THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND DID A REALLY NICE JOB CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS. THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE ACTUAL PRICE.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB, THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAD A REASONABLE PRICE, AND THEY FINISHED IN A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL PEOPLE IN MY AREA THAT NEED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.
