They came out, they were very professional, and they did the job. There was no fuss and no mess. It was a good job. There were no messes made and what little one, they wiped it up. They came in, no messing around, we told them what was wrong, they went straight to the job, and started working on it.

The ladies that answered the phone were very nice. Two gentlemen showed up on time to replace water heater. They called to inform me they were on the way and asked if my heater was short or tall. It was mid size so they came to my house to take a look at the heater and the space. They left to go get a heater that would fit and quickly returned. They completed the job in an hour or less. I would definitely use them again.

They're fast. I called this morning and they were able to come at my requested time today. They showed up on time and waited for me (I was late). When I told them what happened they went straight to the problem and fixed it. No nonsense. When they finished they did a quick clean up and left. I was impressed with the punctuality and the speed. But that means be ready for them. They tore through my ceiling without moving or covering any furniture. My only recommendation would be to use shoe covers. I don't wear shoes in my house and with how nasty (snow mixed with mud) it is outside, it was painful to see them working all through my house in their dirty boots. Whenever I see contractors bring their own shoe covers, I'm always impressed with their extra consideration.

Called at 430 in the afternoon , received a call back in 30mins... Tech told me there were 3 calls in front of mine and the fee would be $356/hr I told him I would have to verify the ability to pay that fee. He did call back later that evening to see if I wanted him to do the work. Adv him not at that fee, he did offer to have the office call in the morning, which they did. Normal fee is $150/hr. work was not completed by this company based solely on price.

My experience overall was not the greatest. They did not to a good job with the clean up afterwards. The job completed was not satisfactory and the piping turned out c*** eyed. They did at least stop the leak. I would not recommend this company to others.

The work crew arrived on time. They were very courteous, friendly and professional. Great care was taken to avoid damage to our new hardwood floors and freshly painted walls, during the removal of old toilets and delivery of new replacements. The entire job was completed faster than I anticipated and the crew took great care in cleaning up after the installation was finished. The work was performed at less cost than originally estimated. As a result of their outstanding work and professional expertise, this company will be the first one we contact for any future plumbing work at our residence.

In a week full of disappointment (broken AC and appliance delivery people with excuses), Brian and Josh of Genevie Plumbing were a godsend and the best thing to happen to me all week. I needed to have a gas range and a dishwasher installed and after calling several local plumbers decided to go with Genevie Plumbing. They were very professional and offered me a set rate which included parts and equipment. I was told I would be the first service call of the day (between 8 and 9). I called back later to add an install of a washing machine pan because the appliance delivery service would not place the washer in the laundry room without it (they left it in my garage for installation at a later date!). On the day of install, Brian and Josh arrived promptly at 8 AM. They were friendly and set right to work. Installation of the range went flawlessly, but there seemed to be missing parts for the dishwasher, which had been unpacked by the delivery people. Brian could have simply blown me off, but he searched until the parts were located. The install of the dishwasher did not seem to be as easy as believed it would be, but Brian and Josh persevered until it was complete. While Brian finished the dishwasher, Josh set about installation of the washer pan. When he finished they brought the washer upstairs and installed it for me. They even moved it upstairs in the cart to avoid any damage. They checked all the appliances before they left to make sure they were working properly and Brian even offered me some tips about how my new high efficiency washer worked. Both Brian and Josh were personable and professional and I will not hesitate to call upon the services of Genevie Plumbing for my future plumbing needs. I will even request Brian and Josh as my technicians. I give Genevie Plumbing an A+ for their quality of service, friendliness, and professionalism. Truly the best value in plumbing in my area.

Performance was outstanding. Failed sump pump precluded laundry and use of downstairs toilet. Looked in Angie's LIst for plumbers and they were highly rated so called them Tuesday afternoon. Received immediate attention with service scheduled for next morning. All material costs and labor rates were thoroughly explained up front. Genevie personnel arrived at residence when promised and got right to work. Very courteous, professional and FAST. Did great job and got facilities up and running in short order. I plan to use them again when the need arises and would recommend them without reservation.

They did a very good job. I had no problems with them. He cleaned up his mess after his work. They were also able to come out the same day I called them.

I've used them for Christmas in April and I've used them personally in the past.

Called for a price quote for removal and installation of Kitchen Faucet. Accepted and scheduled appt. only 2 days out with a 2 hour window. (this was not an emergency situation). The plumbers arrived on time (at the front of the time window) set right to work . Everything was complete in under an hour. The area was left clean and they took away the old broken faucet which was a plus. They answered my questions regarding future work, were pleasant and polite. I am very satisfied with Genevie Plumbing and would use them again.

We had an outside faucet with a burst pipe that was flooding the downstairs. We needed a plumber to fix it ASAP before Servpro could do anything. Genevie came IMMEDIATELY on a saturday, from 45 miles away. He was very nice, very courteous, very professional, and did a fantastic job. He tried to do as little damage as possible to the wall where he needed to get in to access the pipe, and replaced it with a much better faucet that will hopefully help avoid this problem in the future (it has a purge valve on it). It was within $2 of his on the phone estimate (he estimated $500, and it was $498), which included the drive time. He came at the same time Servpro showed up, and had it fixed and installed before they had even started running their machines to dry the place.

It was very good. They were very professional and neat. They came the same day I called. I have not had any problems since.

Everything went well. We first went out to my backyard, which is where I suspected I had a water leak, since lots of moss was growing under my deck. Brian told me that my water lines were in the front of my house and not in the back, which is what the county rep. had told me when they came out. I thought perhaps, the odor was coming into the house, as a result of having some sort of water leak in the backyard. We then went upstairs to bedrooms, since I felt the smell might be stronger on the upper level, even though It was present on every level. I had covered my vents in my ceiling to prevent the smell from coming into my bedroom, closet and bathroom. They both said they didn't smell an odor. Brian said he smelled a little something. The other guy said that his nose was stopped up, therefore he couldn't smell anything. Brain then suggested that we check my attic, to see if the odor was stronger there. They got a tall ladder, along with his flashlight and looked around in the attic.. He invited me to climb up to check for myself, since my nose was more sensitive to the exact smell. I climbed up, without hesitation, couldn't say for sure, whether the smell was any stronger there, however, I could indeed smell that same odor. He then said if I wanted them to dig up the backyard, they would, in order to check for a water leak and I said no, since the lines are in the front and not the back. We both concluded that perhaps some rodent had died within my walls or duct work. He suggested that I have my ducts cleaned /sanitized and also, contact an exterminator. He said that it definitely was not a mold or sewer odor. An exterminator would be more sensitive to a decayed rodent odor. I explained that I had put mice poison in my backyard, and later found out that that usually causes mice to come in looking for water. I will never do that again. He asked whether I had any other work and I had him to listen to my shower, since it made a loud squeaky noise when in use. He knew exactly what the problem was and corrected it in no time. He also replaced the shower head in my second bathroom, as well. He tested both to made sure they were operating properly. There was still a little noise in my shower and he said I needed a new water spout in the master bath, but didn't in the second bathroom. I asked him the price before each job and then gave him the go ahead. I had a leaking faucet in the master bathroom fixed, as well. I am very pleased with his work.

Workers arrived on time and went right to work. Both workers were very respectful and engaging. They removed the exisiting drain line and installed new a new main drain line without much difficulty. The installation of the new fixture drains to the main drain was more complicated than originally anticipated due to the closed area to work in. They took there time to make sure everything fit right and made the final installations. They cleaned up their messes and left no thrash behind. There have been no problems with the new plumbing.

I was given a time of 8-9:am on Monday, Presidents Day. They arrived right at 8am, very prompt!!! They came in and ask exactly what the problem was, and how I wanted to deal with it. We decided to check how bad the leak and parts were. After taking the old faucet apart, they needed to get a cartridge they didn't have. After talking about the faucet , I decided to have them replace the old one. I had already bought a new faucet and they promptly installed it. Very professional about there work, and answered all the questions I threw at them. They were very neat, taking away all old material. Very professional and knowledgable. I appreciated there honesty. Did a good job. One last thing - they secretary or person that answers the phone ( Valerie) should be commended. I wish everyone was as nice as she was to me. Genevie Plumbing has a star here.....

I came to Genevie Plumbing looking to replace a part for an old hot water radiator. I fully expected an order to be placed and to pay full market price for the part. Not only did Genevie Plumbing fix the part for me right there on the spot, eliminating the need to wait for an order, they didn't even charge me any labor for their time. This shows a level of courtesy and integrity that is truly rare nowadays.

Repairman came at time promised. He explained everything as needed and was very professional.

They did nothing becuase they do not know what EMERGENCY service and CALLING BACK A CUSTOMER within 2 hours means...

Michael and Son gave me a quote of $579. I paid $345 for Genevie. The product was the same (Zoeller brand sump pump) and check valve. He also tightened down the tank of the bowl in one of the toilets and tightened a faucet at no extra charge. I called them yesterday after hours and they came out today within one hour and were here at no extra charge. They got rid of the old equipment for me. They will quote you a price over the phone instead of making you wait to come out.

I thought overall it was a wonderful and pleasant experience.
