Description of Work: They unclogged my utility sink (which a gallon of drain cleaner & plunging couldn't unclog)Also got them to remove the old cerement utility sink(from the 60's)and replace it with a new sink and new faucet, which I had bought in advance. They were there exactly on time and it took them about an hour to do everything. |I was quoted a higher price over the phone (somewhere around $400.)but that was the "worse case scenario" price. I was very surprised and happy with the final price. They did an excellent job. Description of Work: They replaced the seal on the toilet in the hall bathroom. Replaced the p pipe on the sink which was not part of the original request and had started to leak that morning.They did all that in about 45 minutes.

Description of Work: I have a propane hot water heater which is more expensive than other water heaters. The brand originally installed in the house is not sold in Lowes or Home Depot. This is why the cost is more than you would expect. But I checked with others and the price is comparable. | |The receptionist was very helpful, there was a set price for installation no hidden to unexpected costs. They honored the coupon on line. The technicians were on time, very respectful, provided detailed information about the operation of the hot water heater, and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with their service.

Description of Work: Installed a gas control valve for a hot water heater. They needed to order the part -- I thought it was the kind of thing they'd have on hand, but whatever -- they got the part in a day. Everything went off without a hitch and they gave me a gift bag! I didn't price the job with other providers but it total cost seemed a little high -- like $150 per hour labor.

Description of Work: Disconnected the water line to the old refrigerator on Friday; added an above floor shutoff valve and armored, flexible supply hose to the new refrigerator. Estimated time of arrival was between 8am and 9am; the mantel clock had barely stopped chiming 8am when the door chime sounded. I almost thought the clock had chimed nine times! Work was done quickly, materials used appear to be high quality, brass, not plastic.

Description of Work: Water pipe burst in the basement. They responded to my late night call with what I needed to do to stop the leak..temporarily. They scheduled an appointment for the next day...Sunday. The plumber did the work that was needed...fix the leak in the pipe. I opened up the wall ahead of time to save the plumber the time (and the extra labor cost). he gave me reccommendations on how to prevent this.
