The crew (Wendy and Arrunda) arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned the house. They did an excellent job in all of the bathrooms which required extra attentions. I was pleased with this team's performance.

They could not service my area. I had to get the deal refunded. They were not rude, just said I would have to pay extra for them to come to my area.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. The job took longer than I thought it would but I think that was because they cleaned areas I didn't expect (like under the bed). They may have been rushing to finish up toward the end so some small things were missed, but I'm still extremely pleased. My home looked GREAT! Frank and Anna have always been a pleasure. I look foward to my next clean.

They came in I showed them around explained my needs and they took it from there. I went down stairs in my basement and let the ladies handle there business.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay but I’m not gonna continue the services. The service was so-so. It was kinda like a general cleaning. We felt like the shower and the bath tub areas didn’t get cleaned sufficiently. The dusting, cleaning the floors, and making the bed were good. This past appointment, we got rescheduled and they really showed up late so it was a big inconvenience in our time. It was okay, it wasn’t bad but it’s not something that we would want to continue to do with them. There might be another service that might be a little better. The customer service of the owner was great. The price that I got was excellent. They always answered calls or either got back.

Absolutely the nicest people you'd ever want to meet! The owner stopped by and personally inspected the job. She treated us like old friends. I wish I could afford to hire them on a regular basis!

Overall the house looked very good and I was pleased with their work. It wasn't deep clean, such as moving this or that (they do offer different levels of packages), but I was very happy with them and to have the house kept up. While I have stopped using the service as I am now capable of cleaning my own home, I would certainly be happy to have them clean my home on a regular basis.If the demands of my job become more strenuous and time consuming I will certainly choose their service. They are local and I do prefer helping our local small businesses.

Crew arrived on time, went right to work, and was very professional. Not only that but the personnel were uniformly attentive and friendly and seemed to know exactly what to do and how to do it. We were so impressed that we have made arrangements to do a regular cleaning of our home on a scheduled basis and have recommended the service to friends. This is a winner.

Excellent, the two ladies were pleasant and hospitable. They cleaned my house as though it was theirs. I am very pleased and intend to use monthly service.

We were happy with their work. As requested, they spent time on mantle and shelf areas which hold a large number of items requiring dusting. They also did a wonderful job on the master bath vanity area which required extensive detail. We have used them on an every two week basis since then. When specific requests are made they are carefully addressed.

We have been extremely impressed with Bright Skys. The owners are friendly, professional and responsive to our needs and flexible with our scheduling. Employees do a thorough job and are also friendly and professional. We have been very pleased with their service.

I advised the ladies on where to clean, what to ignore, and what was important (all floors). I advised them not to use perfumed anything, I tend to be allergic, to please just use traditional Lemon, Lysol and/or other citrus, Pinesol, Clorox, Windex. I provided the Lemon Lysol, if they needed it. I asked them to start in MB and MBR, and work down, so they would end with kitchen floor. I think they did a thorough job, including making up the Master Bed. Did a good job on the stairs and hallways, and in the more difficult rooms (office and den, with papers and books and magazines). Straightened in areas where they could. It made a huge difference, but what was important was that in three hours so much could be accomplished. This is the reason for cleaning help. During the cleaning, the owners of the company came to introduce themselves and describe their company and services. Very thorough and professional, included all licensing and security precautions, and insurance. A very good idea.

The experience started off rocky, the owners did not show up on the original appointment for the walk through. The walk through was rescheduled and they appeared at the next scheduling date, everything went well and they outlined all of their services and prices then we determined which areas they will focus on in the 3hour cleaning schedule. The cleaning appointment was scheduled for Thursday. The day of the cleaning we received a call that morning that they were short staffed and we were rescheduled for Monday. :(. The day of the cleaning, I received a call indicating that the staff members were headed to lunch and they will be there shortly after, this was at 11:00 and my appointment was at 12:30. At 2:30 they arrived, the owner called and expressed his apologies for the tardiness and said the he will give us additional cleaning. The cleaning went very well, everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. The cleaning stayed within the 3 hour timeframe, with an indication from staff that 20 minutes remained. Unfortunately, I did not get the additional cleaning that the owner spoke about, hopefully I could get it next time I use their service.

I had recently got my hardwood floors refurnished. Plenty of dust everywhere. The cleaners came in and cleaned all furniture, cabinets, windows, blinds, baseboard, vacuum and cleaned bath rooms in the 3 hours allotted for the service. They did an outstanding job. I was very pleased.

They did an excellent job, and the people that moved in, said that the carpets were very clean, they had cleaned all of the insides of the cupboards, and all of the closets, and the house was immaculate. They were on time, they came quickly, we had given them only a 2 days notice, they were professional, they had everything that they needed, and I would highly recommend them.

It seems like they forgot to clean the master bedroom, living room, dinning room, kitchen and living room. I am not sure why it was necessary for the pre-job interview. There was a list of item that were emailed to us as confirmation but half the list was not done.

Neither my partner or I are good housekeepers. The first level was immaculate after five hours of work (we paid extra). This house has not been this clean in 10 years. We were so pleased that we purchased another deal to deep clean the upstairs and we setup a recurring monthly clean. UPDATE 3/18/2014 Over a period of months I noticed that my Asthma was worse after the Bright Skys Monthly Cleaning. I contacted the Company and they suggested that their crew use 'lighter' chemicals' when they clean my home. We tried this once and although the after effects were less I knew that we had to do more. I researched on the Internet and found an easy recipe for mixing cleaning solution (using white vinegar, water and Castile Liquid soap) which has practically no fumes. Bright Skys agreed to use the cleaning solutions that I provide and I have not had any issues with my asthma related to the cleaning since. This is a company that truly cares about their customers.

The cleaning crew they sent over did an outstanding job cleaning the hardwood floors, tile floors, and carpets. I also needed bathrooms, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry room cleaned at the house looked and smelled great when the were finished. Thanks Jessica to you and your crew.

I thought they did a wonderful job. Anna cleaned the floors and they were superb. There was another crew that came in to do the rest of the house and I didn’t see much different than what I was already doing

As soon as I purchased my deal through Angie's List, Anna and Frank contacted me to schedule a walk through of my home, allowing their company to be better prepared to perform the actual services, and providing me the opportunity to review their credentials and understand their business plan. Both are thorough in all explanations, professional, and provided up front information on their backgrounds, their teams, and their business perspectives. After the walk through, they provided me various costs going forward if I elected to continue with their services. They worked around my schedule to find a time for the cleaning. Even my two dogs, who tend to be very skittish around new people, immediately relaxed like Anna and Frank were old friends. The team was available earlier than we had scheduled, and they called to make sure it was convenient for me for them to come at a different time (which was perfect for me). I showed the team the various rooms in my home, and told them what was most important to me, and they went right to work. When they were finished, I was more than pleased with the results, and I have decided to continue with Bright Skys on a regular basis. They made it a point to ensure I was happy with their work and they took care of little details throughout the house. It's more than refreshing to have contact with a company who truly makes me feel that they value my business, and I hope to continue a long and lasting relationship!!

The owners scheduled a walk-through at our home prior to the cleaning date. Very informative and thorough. A slight misunderstanding about the actual hours of cleaning service - but the owners quickly resolved the issue on the cleaning date and left us extremely satisfied.
