They were very inconsistent. They first time they came, they were very good and then they went downhill from then. I was cleaning up after them. The management had attitude problems. The management weren't flexible or cooperative. The lady that actually came was professional.

They were very inconsistent, it was like the first day they came they were really good and then it went down hill from there. We were finding out that you know I was going in and cleaning up after them basically defeating the purpose. And then the management has had some attitude problems too. The management wasn't flexible and they weren't cooperative. They say they're going to be coming at like either the morning or the afternoon and you know it just wouldn't happen. The ladies that actually came were professional but the management was not.

I hired Bright Skys to clean my brand new home two years ago. In the beginning they were very professional and thorough. They came every 2 weeks. They would send a crew of 3 and clean my home for about 3 hours. In the past few months things began to deteriorate quickly. First, the staff turnover; every two weeks I would see new cleaners. The team shrank from 3 to 2. The cleaning time went from 3 hours to approximately 1 and a half hours. Then the work product declined significantly. Next they had to keep changing scheduled cleaning at the last minute because they were short handed. All of a sudden they then changed the name of the company to Bright skys maids. The icing was when they sent a manager to state that they had not been cleaning my house properly for the past two years, and that all of a sudden I needed to buy a $400 deep clean. What asked what that entailed, they stated they'd clean the baseboards... Oh, this also came with a $30.00 a month increase. When I rebuked this offer, the owner of the company telephoned and stated that I cursed out his manager. This was not true. Because the company is going through hard times and I rebuked their offer we have parted ways. Be careful when choosing, you may not get your monies worth or reliable service.

They did a great job cleaning, would recommend to others.

He uses them monthly. I think they might charge a little too much for what there doing. I don't know how to compare them because I don't know what others charge. We just make sure they go over and make sure the place is clean. So there is nobody there to mess it up. They don't reduce the price.

Came across this vendor while searchng for janitorial services. Right there on their webpage (https://www.brightskys.com/why-bright-sky.html) they proudly boast to check out their reviews on Angie's List, however, they do not have an active profile. This is misleading so posting here as a warning to do your research is you want to use this vendor.

They conduct themselves very professional, efficient and offer a variety of services.

It went fine. They sent out 2 people to clean the house, they were there for about three hours. They were diligent and worked hard. They cleaned certain areas with their own supplies. Scheduling was easy. I had no problems.

LIke with any cleaning company, set the expectations so that there's no misses. Good service

Went basically well. Good job washing dishes, dusting, and organizing things. Had to call them back because maids either didnt mop the kitchen floor or didnt do a good job. Crew came back to mop the floor to my expectation. They didn't clean as detailed as a homeowner would, but I think that is the same with any maid service especially when there are a limited numbers of hours for maid service.

We were pleased with the results. They are prompt and we are satisfied with the services. They are also easy to get in touch with.

This service provider got back with me very quickly and efficiently, but informed me they also do not service my area.

The service turned out okay. The crew was here for the full 6 hours. Two people and a supervisor came out for the service. They were very punctual and did a pretty good job. They were not able to get the marks off of the shower, but I was not too concerned about that. They brought their own cleaning supplies. Scheduling was slightly difficult but on both ends.

They never p[provided the services I paid for.

I think I got them from Angie’s List. They are thorough and they keep at the job. There is one negative lately but I hope they are handling that. They get the house cleaned. They do the job I am paying them for. I don’t want to pay that much but I am assuming that is kind of what the price is these days. I had a little bit of problem with punctuality.

They did an excellent job and exceeded all of my expectations by far. Communications with the owners of the company, Frank and Anna, were outstanding. In addition to the outstanding work that was performed by their staff, we most appreciated the professional integrity demonstrated by Frank and Anna from the time we first met them until the conclusion of the job. They deserve our highest recommendation!

They did a really good job. The company was very thorough and professional with contact and follow-up. I left the cleaning people in my house without supervision and I had no problems.

Frank and Anna, the owners of the company at first impression seem to be kind people. It is not reality. Their staff damaged property in my home and never told me, did a subpar job at cleaning week after week and complained when they had to pick up a toy off the floor. When we complained, Frank would take small amounts of money off of our next bill, but the cleaning continued to be unacceptable with crumbs and stickiness left on the counter, whole rooms left untouched, and floors barely cleaned. In my last interaction with the owner, Frank, I was told that I was messy and rude. This was because I asked the staff to speak to my husband about issues rather than to have their boss call me at work. They couldn't even put a dish in the dishwasher without calling their boss to complain. Avoid these people at all costs unless you like cleaners who destroy your belongings, who fight with each other while they clean, who roll their eyes at you when you ask them to actually clean and who whisper about you behind your back. I have literally never dealt with people who are any worse at customer service than this organization.

They sent two people out. I had to leave to go to work. They did a great job and everything looked amazing when they left. The company was good to deal with too. They got back to me in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

They were good. Two workers came in and they cleaned for two hours.
