My bathrooms sparkled when they finished. My bedrooms looked like a hotel room. My kitchen, dining and living rooms looked polished and fresh. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats so their work was cut out for them. They did an amazing job!

6 hours of cleaning so two women for 3 hours each. They did a pretty good job. They cleaned the floors very nicely and cleaned my bathrooms as well.

The experience was great!!!! It wasn't spring cleaning but it was the cleaning that I needed to keep me un-stressed!!!

This company is great!!!!! Their are not enough words to describe my satisfaction with them. I have been using them for almost a year now and the work is always A+ work. The owners are very respectful as are the workers , and they take good pride in making sure you feel comfortable. As long as they are in business, my wife and I will never leave this company.

They arrived on time, were very professional. My house sparkled when they left. My oven looked like new -- I didn't use it for a week because it looked so good. I was so impressed that I bought 6 hours of their cleaning service for a friend just getting out of the hospital. I've signed up for monthly service. the biggest bonus are the owners - Frank and Anna make you feel like family. So glad I found them.

No work was done. Contractor did not return my phone calls

The two ladies that showed up to clean were on time and went right to work. The house as dusty, and the bathrooms really needed cleaning since I was just released from the hospital. I love the service and plan to use them in the future for my regular cleaning and just add them a necessity. The house is so beautiful and fresh since they did their job.

They did not clean all the areas of our home as discussed. The maids wasted the first 15-20 minutes talking, and when asked if something was wrong, I was then told they would need to leave early to make it to another appt. They were very thorough with what they did clean but again did not complete the job. A few days later I was contacted by the company owner, which did impress me by offering to send another team back to complete the job. I thought Great, they are certainly deserving of another chance at maintaining my business. We rescheduled for a few days later when, I get a call the day before stating that the customer scheduled before me that day has requested additional services, which will now push back my appt. "an hour or so"......REALLY another reschedule? I will be canceling and will not be utilizing they're services "or the lack thereof" again. Remember: you get what you pay for!

They were very professional, the main office discussed what I wanted to clean and if there were certain areas that needed more attention.(which there were) The main office confirmed my appointment the day before. They did a very good job, very thorough. Everyone spoke good English. (which is important to me) I will hire them again.

The first crew that was sent out did a lousy job, but my mother called and they were very responsive and sent out a different crew. My mother was very pleased with the 2nd crew that they sent out. The 2nd crew went above and beyond what she wanted done. My mother said she would use them again, but only if the 2nd crew were the ones who came.

The service turned out well. The work is exceptional. They did need a little direction on the first visit, but other than that they did do a good job.

They were fine with the service. The people that did the work and the quality of the work were excellent.

They were fantastic. I had to reschedule due to family emergency and they were very accommodating. They did a fantastic job cleaning my stove and making my wood floors shine.

My wife said the service was excellent. We have had other maid services and my wife said this company did better than all of those other service providers. They were very professional, they arrived on time, and they did a great job. They were efficient as well. The price for the work was fantastic.

I hardly let anyone into my home. It is our private and personal space. Unable to keep up with my job, my life and cleaning our home, I decided to consult with Angie's List to see whom we could use. Anna and Frank Zerbian own and operate Bright Skys Cleaning Service and are wonderful business persons and put me at ease when we spoke. They both came out to do the estimate and went through the house top to bottom and made some recommendations. I was awe struck at how professional both were. I learned about mission/vision/values of their business, their philosophy and who they employ to work for them. I was most impressed with both of them. We set up a time for the initial cleaning. My husband was there as I could not be there due to an emergency at work. I came home after a particularly hard day and my house was beautiful. I never realized how wonderful a job professionals can do and they did a wonderful job for sure! I am so impressed as is my husband, and he is a tough customer to impress. Thank you ANGIE!!!!!

The provider was friendly and agreeable but could not provide service within the time frame desired. last communication was 9/26/2013.

The owner called me immediately to schedule the appointment. She explained that they normally do a house visit to make sure that the customers expectations are in line with reality. Basically they want to make sure the house isn't a total mess and that they will be able to clean it in the time provided. The owner stated that she would stop by the morning of the cleaning and talk with me. The owner never stopped by but her cleaning crew showed up on time and had a list of all the items that they would clean during the session. I was hoping that the owner would show up before the crew left but she never did. She did call later to apologize; they had a flood in their basement and were unable to come ahead of time. The problem that I have is that once the crew was finished they did not offer to walk the house with me to make sure it was done to satisfaction. They basically said "good-bye" as they were walking out the door. I am not the type of person who hovers over workers so I did not have a chance to inspect the entire house until they were gone. What I found was that some cobwebs in corners were missed. The ceiling fan blades were not cleaned. Also, the window sills in the kitchen breakfast room had not been dusted or wiped down. These were all things that the company said they would do during the cleaning. The owner did call afterwords, many many times, but only because they thought they had left their scheduling book at the house. Once I called them back and left message stating that they had not left the book but that I would like to for them to call me about the service, I never heard from them again. With the exception of all the spam I still get from them in my email.

The owners, Anna and Frank, met with my husband and I at our home. They were very friendly, professional, and informative. They toured the home, asking us questions about our expectations, and giving us information on what they will do, and the cleaning products they use (all green products). They provide their own supplies and equipment, and all of their employees go thru a criminal background check. The did a thorough cleaning of my home in May. We began a major kitchen remodel June 4th, which wasn't completed until late August. We had Bright Skys return in September to begin a bi-weekly housecleaning service for us. Both times they came so far, we were not home to meet the housekeepers, so I can't comment on them specifically. The housecleaning was thorough. Everything looked great. They followed our instructions to leave the bedroom doors open so our cats would not be trapped inside. They locked the door behind them when they left. I am pleased with the long list of items they include in their usual cleaning routine. They leave a checklist for you to show what was done, and leave notes if necessary. Anna sends you an Outlook/Google calendar appointment confirmation, and then follows up with a reminder, which I appreciate. Pleased so far.

I heard from Anna immediately following my purchase. We set a date for a walk through of my house prior to the actual cleaning, where she and her husband Frank described in detail what they would be cleaning and how. They gave me a folder with a complete explanation of their company, their philosophy and their services, including a price breakdown. On the day of the cleaning the girls arrived promptly and proceeded to efficiently and systematically clean my house. They did an amazing job! The girls were friendly, professional and hard working. They provided all their cleaning supplies. They take a "green" approach to their choice of supplies, which I like very much. Following the cleaning, Anna checked back in to make sure I was happy with the job that was done. We were so pleased with the entire experience that we have hired them to do our windows as well as a few other jobs in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. We haven’t finished the package with them yet. The experience has been positive. They’ve been responsive and they came out and cleaned within a week of us purchasing the deal.

Excellent price. Did not perform all services stated in offer. what they did do was acceptable. I did sign up for another service as they promised to redo missed areas. Also 30-40 min late for appointment. Based on 2 item listed as below excellent, my gade would have been A. I give the owners A+ for followup.
