It went well. I liked the owners. The initial meeting went well. However, the perception that the owners gave us was that they were going to be very thorough and knew what they were doing, but when the workers came, I had to point out a few things they missed toward the end.

The original schedule for the work to be done was 01/31/2014. The provider stated that they can't fulfill due to weather conditions and would contact me as early as possible to schedule another time. They didn't contact me as they stated, but I contacted them and proposed a time, and they responded after the proposed date asking for another day. I proposed yet again for another service schedule and never got a response.

This company left a lot undone. For example, they failed to wipe down the of the fridge. They oven cleaner in the bottom drawer of the oven that ate away at the pans in the drawer. In rooms that they cleaned they neglected simple things like light switches and areas around door knobs. In the bathroom the bottom of the soap tray was left untouched. Overall I was very displeased with the level of service provided and this experience has definitely influenced whether or not I would utilize a cleaning service in the future. I will say the women were very nice, they spoke limited english. I did not follow up with the company after the cleaning; I just wrote it off as a loss.

It was okay but I wouldn’t use them again. After they left, I checked the things that they cleaned and it was not adequately done. There were one people that came and one of them sat down for the last half an hour of the service and was just waiting for the other one to finish.

I got the services through an Angie's list deal so the price was good.

They didn't thoroughly clean the kitchen. Asked them to go back and clean, but they didn't.

Provider came a little earlier than scheduled which worked out great. Both ladies were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job on the bathrooms and the rest of the house. I will definitely use them again.

The recipient of this (deal/gift) who lives in Waldorf, Md., shared that the workers did an excellent job cleaning her home and she would definitely consider using them in the future.

They girls were great and did an amazing job. The were polite, professional and would recommend them to others.

The cleaning crew of two arrived on time, but shortly after someone from the company called me and advised me that my home required extra money to clean. Imagine my shock, when someone is asking for more money for no apparent reason. Well I advised him that the cleaning deal was a gift, and that his employees were only cleaning 1,000 sq ft when the deal says whole house (2,600 - 3,000 sq ft). I simply advised him that if there was a problem, his employees could leave, and he could refund the money... they stayed. After that ordeal was over, the crew cleaned two bathrooms, a den, the kitchen and dining room. The crew worked diligently, and did a good job. The deal was for a Whole House Deep Cleaning Plus Inside Oven & Fridge (2,600-3,000 sq. ft.), I was hassled for 1,000 sq ft... Not worth it.

They were very accommodating and arrived promptly. The girls were pleasant and the owner visited to make sure everything was okay. They explained other services they offered.

It has been going very well. They are here every other Tuesday. They did a good job with the bathrooms and the kitchen especially the floors. They vacuumed all through. I watched while I was working at my computer while one of the girls was wiping off the mop boards. I do not think that that had been done in a while. They picked up, moved and dusted everything. They are reliable. When they say that they are going to be here at 2:00, they are here at 2:00. The same crew comes out each time. They are learning some English and I am learning some Spanish. Their price is not as expensive as another service that I had a year or so ago, so it is very good.

First, I had set up this appointment several times before and I had to keep changing it. They finally came to the appointment and they were early. They did a walk thru first to see whatthey would be cleaning and after the walk thru they got started right away. They picked and cleaned up everything nicely. They also put everything back the way it was. They were pleasant and they did a very good job. I would use them again.

well, professional but they did not clean too well

Three women arrived within a minute of when they were scheduled. They spent 5 hours cleaning my house which had not had a thorough cleaning in some time. They dusted everywhere, including the pictures on the walls. The bathrooms were sparkling (hard to do in a house with a couple of adult sons messing things up). The only thing that did not pop out and impress me was the floors. I think that is because they spent so much time on the rest of the house and did not have enough time left. I am having them back again; this time they will concentrate on the floors and I expect to be just as pleased. Absolutely no communication issues.

They were excellent. Extremely responsive, diligent, hard working and very nice, too. They arrived so early that I wasn't completely prepared; but aside from that, they were really cooperative and did everything I asked of them and then some. They earned five out of five stars for the thoroughness of their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband called BrighSky on a Saturday for pre-holiday cleaning (my parents were coming!) and they were able to make an appointment within 2 days. We purchased a "6-hour" cleaning package that included bathrooms, kitchen (but not inside rfer or stove), main living areas, and bedrooms...basically the whole works. The 3 ladies showed up 5 minutes before the scheduled time and dove right in to work. Our house wan't terrible, just all those odd corners that can get missed during normal cleaning and lots of Knick-Knacks to collect dust. They did a terrific job. They even changed the linens on the bed and got down on their knees to wipe every last speck of dust off of the baseboards. The whole house sparkled when they were done and they were done exactly on time as well! I can't afford to have somebody clean my house all the time but I will definitely call them again before any big events or family get together...or perhaps just 1-2 times per year for an overall deep cleaning.

Three women came to clean my house. They were very nice and friendly, they were also early, which impressed me. They broke a small inexpensive plant shelf. They broke a small glass that was sitting in a plastic dish, with rocks that were handpicked from the Appalachian Mountains. Not only did they neglect to tell me they broke these items, they threw the rocks away in the trash, along with an oven mitt and an ornamental flag that was still in the package. The items they broke weren?t expensive, but, they should have told me. If they told me they broke these items, I would have understood; and if they paid attention to what they were doing, and didn?t throw away items that were not trash, their rating would have been much hire. I do not recommend them, and I will not use them again.

It went well. They arrived a few minutes early (notified by phone and asked if that was okay), brought their own supplies and started work right away after I walked them through the areas. They dusted, cleaned, vacuumed, mopped and put back everything they moved. Very courteous and overall, I had no issues. I did expect maybe a little more dusting on picture frames than was done but was pretty much happy with the condition after they finished their work.

They cleaned all of my bathrooms, my master bedroom, kitchen and my two power rooms. The ladies were here on time and very professional. The cost was a special.

Each of the three cleans that I have had with Bright Skys so far has gone great and I have not complaints. After they did the move-out clean of my old house and then a flash cleaning of my new home, I knew that I would keep them for monthly cleans. My first monthly clean went great and it was so nice to come home to a freshly clean home, that even smelled clean. The ladies arrived on time and I was still home, they immediately got to work and asked me were there certain rooms that I needed them to pay special attention to. I appreciate the attentiveness. I will keep BrightSkys monthly cleaning as long as it stays within my budget.

In total the experience went well. There were areas that I thought were included in the package that were not cleaned. I spoke to Mrs Zerbian and she informed me that due to the amount of cleaning required I should be in another package that included a more intense cleaning. Mrs Zerbian suggested that she and her husband could do a site visit to get a better idea of what package they could offer. We met with Mrs Zerbian and her husband and it was determined that i needed a "De-Clutter" package. I agreeed. Ms Zerbian contacted me later in the week and offered me a de-clutter package which included the price, date, and number of staff included. I am scheduled for a house de-clutter package on 7 Dec 2013 @ 8:00 am. I am very happy with the service i received from Bright Skys Cleaning Service. Mrs Zerbian and her husband were very friendly, professional, and understanding of the services I needed. I would recommend Bright Skys Cleaning Service to other members on Angie's List.

Would definitely recommend the team of Wendy and Amanda. They did a superior job! Very polite and professional.

Bright Skys did an excellent job cleaning my entire house. They were professional and thorough, and I was very pleased with their work. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

the cleaners were punctual and service was excellent. will definitely use them again. however, the administrative side of the operation was sloppy. I had initially requested service at the end of September. I was not contacted until October. after the service was complete no one contacted me for a report--if I was satisfied or not. finally I contacted them on October 29. they assured me they were about to contact me. again, my house was cleaned to my satisfaction but they need to work on the administrative side of the business. I have scheduled another cleaning date in December. cathy brown
