It went very well. The house sparkled. They cleaned, dusted, scrubbed, mopped, vacuumed, did everything I could think of and some things I couldn't. They brought their own everything: chemicals, clean rags, clean dustmop, etc. They got on a ladder to clean the fan blades and window blinds (brought their own ladder). The crew worked very h****** our house, and I am very happy with their service. They're going to clean our house once a month. I recommend Bright Skies.

It was excellent. I think they had exceptional customer service. The owners of the company were very thorough. They went through my house with me prior to the work and looked everything over before the cleaners got there. They brought a whole checklist of things the cleaners were going to do. They told me how they don't use harsh chemicals. Everything they use is green. They told me they don't reuse sponges, rags, etc on anyone else's home. Everything is brand new to your house. They were extremely organized. It was a great experience. The cleaners busted their butts and worked four hours. It was two ladies. They just did a really great job. I was very impressed.

A very good experience - I highly recommend them. Deep Clean: I had a few minor issues during the deep clean, but they were quickly resolved. Bi-Weekly Cleaning: I have been using Bright Skys for three months now. I am always very satisfied. I plan to continue doing business with this company. I have tried another company before Bright Skys. It was a little cheaper in price, but it didn't measure up. Bright Skys is very competitive in their pricing - but the quality of work is much superior.

Overall I received excellent service from management to the maids. Everyone played a part in make my experience successful. From being punctual to being meticulous in cleaning my home, I am beyond impress with the company as a whole.

Everything is going well. They are reliable and thorough, and they always do a good job.

My sister hired this company to clean my house as a gift while she was housesitting for me. While I've had housecleaners in the past, my house never looked as nice as it did when I returned home after Bright Skys cleaned. I asked my sister repeatedly to let me know what company she used but she never remembered. In searching for new housecleaners several years later, I had a couple different companies come out for an estimate. It turned out one of those companies, Bright Skys, was the company my sister had hired years before. I finally found them again! Since I knew they did a fabulous job, I hired them instantly. When my husband came home from work after their first cleaning, he was astonished at how good our 10-year old hardwood floors looked. He had tried about a dozen different cleaners and polishes on those floors over the years and was never able to get them looking as good as Bright Skys did. Our house is large and it's hard to get it all clean in a limited amount of time. When something I wanted cleaned was not, I let Bright Skys know and they came out the next day to correct it. While I initially wanted cleaning once about once/quarter, they did such a fantastic job I was having them come out every month.

Did computer search about carpet cleaning. Computer came back with Bright Skys Cleaning Service, Inc., Waldorf, MD. Submitted internet request for estimate and received a phone call from them within 1 hour. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 1:00p.m. At approximately 2:30p.m. on October 1, 2011 and inquired as to why they missed this appointment. Was told that the secrecatry did not write it down. Asked them to call me first thing Monday morning, October 3, 2011 to reschedule another appointment. Did not receive a call back. I then called them at 11:38a.m. that day to inquire why they did not call that morning. Was told they were busy and had just sent all their workers out for the day. Asked if Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 1:00p.m. was convenient. Was told that it was. She confirmed the appointment and asked for an email address. Told her that I did not give out my email address and a phone call would be sufficient. She agreed that that was fine. Once again, waited on Saturday October 8, 2011 until 1:45p.m. and contacted them to let them know that since they did not show up or call that their services would not be needed. Was hung up on. Called back to see ensure that they received the message and left a voice mail to make sure they were not on their way to my home. Was then contacted by the owner of the company of Bright Skys and was told that since I didn't reply to an email they sent, they canceled the appointment. I inquired how he may have sent an email if there was no email address given. Was told they were not willing to do the work for me now and was promptly hung up on. Although I did not spend any money on this company I spent over 4 hours waiting on them. Was told repeatedly by the owner that he is a 5-star business, but I cannot understand why, based on my experience with them. I would not recommend this service to anyone as they are not prompt, do not follow-up and are completely unprofessional.
