Description of Work: They were good, they had our mirrors and our bathrooms spotless. However, they missed some areas to clean. When I addressed it, they came back quickly and cleaned it. I would use them again!!

Description of Work: We had requested the Big Deal special which advertised several services. The owners rescheduled several times. I was unable to bet there when they finally came. The actual cleaners came so late that they didn't have time for the job. Several rooms were untouched. The owners neglected to fully instruct the cleaners.

Description of Work: The three cleanings are scheduled for Nov. 11, Dec 9, and Dec. 23. Work to be performed is housecleaning on the dates listed above. The vice president was very professional and customer-oriented when she called to schedule the cleaning dates. I am looking forward to their visit. I was impressed with the fact that she called me to schedule the dates, rather than waiting for me to call her.
