We found this gentleman on Angie's list and called him, leaving a message. He called us right back. He asked for the model number of our dishwasher and the error code we were receiving. Within two days, he called us back. He had researched the problem ON HIS TIME! He emailed the link to a part we needed to buy. He explained that if we bought it, we'd get the warranty on the part. We ordered it. As soon as it arrived, we called him and he came out to install the part. The dishwasher works perfectly. And he only charged us $40. We will definitely call him again, and highly recommend him to others.

Reliable is pretty much a one man show. He came when he said, traced the problem, ordered the part and returned as promised the next day to complete the repair. We needed the use of that refrigerator right away for dishes we were making for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. Job well done!

Mr. Bryce Kuhn is "reliable." He spent a great deal of time looking for the leak but could not find it. He did not charge us. Instead, he asked for the model number and did research. He returned, spent more time, and corrected the problem. I thought we might be charged a lot for the time spent, but he was very reasonable. I would definitely hire Mr. Kuhn again for any type of appliance repair.

Went very well! Bryce with Reliable was able to work around my work schedule so that time missed from my job was minimal. He arrived when he said he would.

He was on time, fixed my dishwasher and I was very pleased. AND, it was Labor Day.

Bryce from Reliable Appliance discovered that a thermal cutoff had been damaged after a self-clean cycle. He did not have the part with him but was able to direct me to a place to buy it on Saturday morning (and they did have it). Bryce was able to come out and do a same day service call as my call to request repair. He fit me in at the end of the day. He was also able to give us some insight into why our stovetop wasn't working either and steps to repair it. He followed up the next day (Saturday) to find out if we were able to find the part and install it ourselves without any problems. Which we were because of his explanation of the problem and how to fix it. He would have come back on Monday and repaired it if we had asked but we needed the oven for a party we were having on Sunday, so he made the extra effort to help us fix it the quickest way possible.

He fit me into his schedule within a few days and showed up on time. He repaired the switch for a price that was less than was quoted by two other companies. He had to come back a few days later because the adaptor for the switch had slipped down, but he came the day I called and fixed the problem. No problem since then. He was quick, professional, and neat. I would definitely call them again.

I called Reliable Appliance and said that my AC wasn't working. Less than 30 minutes later, Bob the repair guy was at my house. He discovered my capacitor was broken, drove to Westminster to get a new one, then came back after lunch to install the gadget. The problem was fixed in a snap. Bob is a great guy who is proud of his work. He was just as fast and good several years ago when we had another problem. I could not imagine a more trustworthy and reliable service.

MY FRIDGE WENT OUT AND I CALLED THAT DAY. THEY CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY AND PUT IN A NEW MOTOR, REPLACED MY ICE MAKER AND REPLACED A NEW WATER FILTER.

I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY PLEASANT AND TRUSTWORTHY. EVERYTHING WAS LEFT THE WAY IT WAS WHEN THEY ARRIVED. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
