Haygood was exceptionally prompt, courteous, and very informative. He gave me good advice and recommendations even before getting the job. I initially hired another contractor because his (Haygoods) schedule couldn't accomodate mine but had to call Haygood to correctly complete the job the other contractor started and left unfinished. Haygood not only completed the job immediately, but was far more reasonable than the other contractor. He gave me realistic prices for materials as well as the labor he performed. He was able to come out on the same day. He was on time. He checked the furnace and gave us his analysis of was causing the problem (it was something other than the furnace).

Quick response time; worked pretty efficiently and resolved the issue. Work included troubleshooting the A/C system and then finally resolving the issue. He took his time but not too much time as to run up the bill. I would recommend this company.

Haygood was prompt and courteous. Price was fair with the exception of the second charge for returning to replace a computer board that was under warranty with the manufacturer that haygood did not have on hand when the initial trip was made.
