Damian was very courteous and responsive. However, for a repair that should have taken about 30 minutes to diagnose, it ended-up costing me about $1000. The issue was that a valve had to be turned in the other direction. Too much time was spent on talking to the building engineer who repeatedly said that water flow/pressure to the unit was sufficient. A new system would have cost about $5000 - and so spending $1000 for a repair does not make sense.

Damian came out to replace our humidifier on our heat pump as well as install a new thermostat system - he is very knowledgeable about hvac systems and he is very conscientious in coming to re-check the humidifier when it wasn't initially working as well as replacing a faulty thermostat gateway without additional charge.

Mr Haygood has an exceptional knowledge base of HVAC systems and particularly, Carrier Infinity systems. He was able to diagnose and remedy what two other companies were unable to accomplish. He also recommended preventive maintenance issue I should consider going forward. A little pricey but a job well done.

Damien only charged us for 1 hour even though he was at our house close to 2 hours checking the HVAC system in our home - he called me within an hour of my request and he arrived on time and was very honest with his assessment (faulty BGE thermostat). We will definitely be calling him again if we need him to help us install the new thermostat.

The work was done well, but their hourly rate is one of the highest rates that I have seen.

The tech came on time to fix the problem and did a accurate dianogistic but the problem was with the clear communication of how much the job would cost to fix the problem. I believe the tech was not clear on what the total cost was to fix it. When I asked him how much are we looking at to fix the problem he told me $850 but when he finish the job it was actually $1125. He left out that the part was $850 and it would be $1125 to fix the entire A/C. I believe if he had clearify the total to fix the unit completely I would have given this company a better rating.
