Mr. Haygood came within the allotted time he provided and is very detail-oriented. I was getting my tenants A/C unit serviced, pretty simple job, but Mr. Haygood provided sound advice about the unit to keep it lasting as long as possible. That's something I appreciate and value. He was available at the time that was most convenient for me and was knowledgable about the problem and determined what it was immediately. Which then allowed me to only have to pay for a half hour worth of service time.

Very professional, courteous, and effective. Fixed problem quickly, checked major components throughout rest of system, and was finished in 45 minutes.

A couple of people tried to fix my heat pump and they came with different solutions and couldn't fixed it. This guy knew what he was doing. A little expensive though but I guess that's the price for getting quality work.

I have never had better service. I called Haygood after hours. My boiler had quit and I had no heat. Damien answered and said he could come over within 45 minutes. He was clear and upfront about the service charges. He arrived before 45 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, replaced it and was gone within about 30 minutes. His price was fair and reasonable. He was competent, efficient and totally professional. I called a girlfirend within minutes after he left to recommend his company to her. He deserves a 5* rating.
