Description of Work: They were supposed to repair my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. The 'repair' turned a machine that had 10 speeds into one that had two: Fast and Faster. They made a second effort to make the repair, but I could not see any meaningful difference in the speeds. I would have been better off to put the money toward a new stand mixer.
