Very professional and completed in a timely manner. Was impressed with the initial estimate meeting where Mr. Herzog came prepared with a binder showing his work, licenses, insurance information etc. No other company did that. Although they were not the most expensive or the cheapest, this is part of the reason I decided to go with them. Work was exceptional. Cannot tell where they patched holes in walls. My home was a rental that is going up for sale. There was a miscommunication about blinds/curtain rods that were removed from the home during the process however Mr. Herzog was glad to either replace or compensate for those. I would definitely use their services again.

Had 4 other quotes to paint the interior walls of my home. The salesman of this company discussed everything with me and listened to my concerns. Price was negotiated and contract signed quickly. Sent them my color choices (from Sherman-Williams) and made the paint date May 6th (which way my earliest day available), but then I asked if they wouldn't mind doing it sooner. They then emailed me of an earlier open date. Paint crew arrived promptly around 8:30 AM and the crew lead talked things over with me and made sure of my color choices before going to get them while the others moved everything away from the walls and put down drop cloths. He then came back and explained all the colors & details with his crew. All walls were painted and everything else masked very well. The crew completed multiple coats on all walls within the day and the job was completed way quicker than my expectations! Would not hesitate to use them again. It's like having a new (old) home!

Service was great. Workers even stayed late to finish on time. Painting was fast and aaccurate. straight lines and consistent color throughout. They even painted one room twice when I decided to change color.

It went very well. Holes were filled, cracks sealed and the house looks amazing!

We would recommend My Perfect Painters to anyone needing a good painting company. When Mike came to bid on the job, he made some good recommendations as to color and trim. He suggested we replace sliding doors on our closets with bi-fold doors so that we gain better access to our clothes. We did it and we are glad we followed his advice. He suggested we could paint our walls with Antique White. We tried 7 other colors and none of them worked. So.........we took Mike's suggestion and bought a sample of Antiques White and voila, it worked. Mike suggested which finishes to use, semi-gloss, satin etc. We followed his advice and we're glad we did. Mike provided more than paint, he provided good advice and to top it all off the price was right. If you hire him, make sure he sends out Tim, Jim and Eddie, they were our painters and were a great crew. We thank you, Mike

We have used Perfect Painters for interior painting earlier in 2016 for our new home and they did a wonderful job. The owner came out to give me a quote the next day, and out of the 2 other companies who quoted us, they had the best price and were the nicest to work with. They were fast, friendly, and the results were beautiful. Some of the walls in one of the bedrooms needed to be sanded and fixed (the previous owner left all kinds of nails and hooks in the wall), and all of that was included in the very fair cost he quoted us. Our new home looks so beautiful and bright. We recently decided we needed some dry wall work done in the family room too, so I got in touch with Mike and he came out for a quote in just a couple hours. Very efficient. They completed everything plus painting in only 2 days and, again, everything looks great. Mike kept me in the loop and sent me a picture of the room when it was finished which made me happy :) My husband and I will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. Best prices, service and results! And you can even pay over the phone and have receipts emailed which I found to be very convenient!

The service did not go well. The paint is still peeling off.

The paint job was terrible. I at first gave them $600 and then towards the end I wrote a check for $1250 (this check was later cancelled). The corners were done very poorly. There is paint on the ceiling and not done very well. In one of the rooms, they dripped blue pain on the white baseboards. The paint is not smooth. They also got paint on some furniture, new refrigerator, and the floor as well as on my tub. They also did not wear protective shoe coverings. When I walked into one room I smelled something burning. I looked and saw that they had the plastic cover over a light that was on! They had my stuff thrown all over the rooms. There were several things that needed to be put back after painting and instead of asking his crew to help he had be helping him move. At the time of the walk through, I showed the painter several areas with issues and he blew them off. I continued to call the manager about these issues and never received a call back. He did finally call back only because he realized I had cancelled the last payment. Last Monday the boss of the paints called me and told me that he needed the money. He also told me that he was coming to look at the issues that I was having. He told me that he would be out the next day and no one showed up or called me. Late that same day the owner called to set up a date, I was so angry that I did not answer the phone. I have not returned the call.

The painter arrived on time, completed his estimate in a timely manner, and was friendly, professional, and thorough. He talked us through everything that would happen on painting day, and pointed out all the repairs that needed to be made before we got the chance, saying that his crew would definitely see to them before painting. His estimate was fair and slightly less than the other estimates we got. I enjoyed having him in my home, and would have liked to have worked with him and his crew.

I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I discussed with Mike that my walls needed prep and skimming prior to painting. The painting crew that first came to my home did not prep or skim the walls we discussed. I immediately noticed the mess the painting crew left. I had one of the painters come back out the very next day to touch up some spots and remove the paint from my carpet. Afterward I noticed all the places where paint was dripped on the carpet and numerous walls which were not skimmed or prepped. One door frame did not receive 2 coats of paint. I started calling Perfect Painters but no one would return my calls or emails. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Finally after 2 missed appointments, a new crew from Perfect Painters came to my home and corrected the issues. The second crew was very professional and I am happy with the work they did. In no way was it worth the hassle of the inadequate service, I received from the initial crew sent to my house. I would not recommend Perfect Painters nor would I use them in the future. and was assured this would not be a problem

It started well. They came out went over the job and were able to start quickly. I was concerned the week we were to start as I was not contacted with a start time. 2 men showed up on Saturday morning and immediately seemed overwhelmed by the scope of the work. One spoke some english the other spoke no english. They were not aware of everything they needed to do so I walked him through it and made a paint list. They did not complete the job when I returned and I pointed out issues and recommended they come back to finish. They returned the following Saturday. I called and left 2 messages about the quality I did not get a response. They finished that following Saturday however the job is incredibly sloppy. They left spackle in my yard and my neighbors. They also tracked paint on my slate entry way. I do not have one clean paint line in the house. There is paint on a majority of the trim. I can see the previous wall color through the new paint. . I contacted 2 people and left messages of my concerns. I did not hear back. I called repeatedly to get some on on the phone. Someone was to meet me the following Friday so I could show them the work to have it fixed. They stated a communication issue was the cause of no one coming out. I sent pictures of the work to them and the response was to send the same painter out to fix it. To quote them "we are not going to pay to fix that painters work, he needs to" this is because they sub contracted out the job. I do not recommend them. I will now hire a professional to fix this work. This has gone on for 3 weeks. Very disappointed.

They arrived ahead of schedule, laid drop cloths and taped where necessary. They worked steadily all day and cleaned and vacuumed at the end of the day. They asked us to check their work and that they would correct anything that needed correcting. We highly recommend this company and would use them again.
