Things went well

It went very well.

The movers were punctual and also the movers were able persevered through some difficult situations. They were also very careful with my possession and I have used in the past for a local move.

The service that the two men provided was outstanding. They went beyond the call of duty. They earned every dime. They worked very hard. I spent 10 hours with them. The owner, Larry, even went to a home improvement store with me to purchase supplies needed to complete the assemble of a bed. In addition to moving existing furniture around to make room for the furniture that was being delivered, they also hauled away the paper and cardboard boxes that was used to protect the furniture during shipment.

LC Movers were local, flexable about the day & able to respond in short order. They were very patient with a senior lady that was having a very stressful day of it & they took special care of several antiques. Basically treated her things like they were their own & treated her like she was their Mom.

The bed was set up perfectly as quickly as possible, and they were on their way. It went very well.

Everything went great. They arrived early, and took it to the school. I don't think they specialized in moving pianos so there's always a little bit of a risk when you use companies like that, but they did a great job.

I was VERY pleased with the work that was done. I called them from our main office in Towson and was not able to give a accurate amount of what furniture was going to be handled because the contact person for that office was on vacation. I gave a ballpark estimate and Larry gave me an estimate for how long it would take and broke down the cost involved. On moving day he called to let me know they were on their way and showed up on time with 2 helpers who were courteous and helpful and all together worked efficiently and carefully. I also liked the fact that they were going to drop some of the furniture to goodwill instead of dumping it at a landfill (on there own time). The total charge ended up being under the estimate...I recommend this company.

Very efficient and on time. I called them the day before I needed the job done and they were able to accommodate that. Took care in my home to make sure they did no damage. Overall they did a good job and they were very nice and friendly. They even worked after hours because I needed the job done at night!

This was the second time that I have used L.C. Movers to deliver furniture to my home and both times they were superlative. Larry and his partner are extremely careful, courteous, friendly, and very good at what they do. My old Baltimore rowhouse has a very narrow staircase with sharp turns and little turning radius, but they negotiated getting the desk up the stairs efficiently and creatively, without wasting any time. They're prompt and responsive, too. A real pleasure to work with.
