We have used Certa Pro in the past and have found the company to be reliable, trustworthy, and proficient. Workers are on time and experienced and managemetn is knowledgable and considerate.

Overall, I'm quite happy with my CertaPro experience. I just joined Angie's list but had used them in the past and realized my experience deserved to be shared. Their prices were a bit lower than most others, but it was their professionalism, appearance and attitude that I remember most. Their quoting methodology is very automated and accurate. They have the right tech tools to be able to quote rooms rather quickly and explain the cost options available. The team they had were great guys who respected our house and did their best to work quietly since we both work from home. Very happy with our experience!

Hannah, Dave, Dana and Loraine were all professional and helpful as far as the "office side". Nacho and crew were clean, courteous and professional. Everything was perfect.

The owner, Dave, came out for the assesment He was professional, courteous, took pictures, and promotely sent a quote. Items were clarified, but the photos greatly helped the entire process. The items for work were selected from the contract. The contract was signed; the deposit sent in, and the work was started when he said it would be started, but he was up front that there was another job in front of me. He completed the work. Differences of completion were discussed, and he took care of the areas missed. I have no reservations in regard to recommending Dave with Certrapro on Old Padonia Road. Good job.

I hired CertaPro because they are epa-lead certified and are very professional. My house is over 100 years old and is now a rental property, which requires me to have a lead inspection done. They were flexible with my limited schedule as I wanted them to come when my renters would be away for the holidays. They brought in extra workers so that they could finish in one day and they even finished earlier that day than I expected. The workers were friendly and did not leave a mess.

The entire staff was very professional from the estimate visit to the completion of the job and final walk through as well as email communications and visits from a supervisor in between. The job was understandably delayed by rain. On the first day I received an email and on the second a personal visit and note was left explaining that an extra day was needed to let things dry out. I appreciated that the job wasn't rushed. Everything was thoroughly power washed and loose paint on the wood windows and brick scraped. The results are so much better than the last time we had the house painted. The crew was very courteous and polite. They were responsive to areas that I pointed out and did not make excuses or try to avoid doing touch-ups. The crew even did touch-ups on things that I didn't notice the last day they were here before leaving. I was told when they were cleaning up so that I could do a final walk through. I would definitely use their services again.

It was pretty good. My only criticism was that they didn’t adequately prepare the area that they were going to be going between. They didn’t put down enough drop cloths. There were a few administrative issues I ran into because the guy who came to do my estimate left the company before the work began. However, the painters themselves were professional for the most part. The work turned out fine.

I chose not to use Certapro ONLY because I received several estimates with lower prices and will move forward with one of the companies providing a lower estimate. However, CertaPro responded promptly to my request and set up an appointment that suited my schedule. The estimator arrived on time and surveyed the job and collected information. The estimator was very professional and pleasant. I received my estimate via email a day later. After evaluating the estimates received, I decided that I would not use CertaPro due to their cost estimate (highest received, but not an outrageous amount different) and informed the estimator via email. To my surprise, I received a very gracious email response thanking me for the opportunity to provide an estimate. Because of the professional and courteous way I was treated, I will give CertaPro a chance to bid on future jobs as needed.

Will it be: "Three time's a charm" or "Three strikes and you're out"? For a third time CertaPro Painters of Towson will be returning to my home to correct the paint job. The first paint job was great; the employees are very nice and the job was neat and precise, but the sheen was wrong. They painted with a flat paint. They returned and used the correct sheen, but now the molding needs to be redone because of the sloppy cut-in job and drips of paint onto the molding. I am new at having contractors do work for me and I did not inspect the job before they left (that point was driven over and over again by the owner) and I have learned a very valuable lesson. There are also a few spots/smudges of paint on my railings. By the way, you won't get any portion of your money back no matter how many times they don't do a correct or good job. I rated them high on promptness and responsiveness so at least you won't feel like your complaints are falling on deaf ears because they do want you to be satisfied no matter how many times it takes.

After painting 4 rooms ourselves, including crown molding and spending a near fortune on tape, coverings, spackle and other misc painting items, we decided to have a professional do the remainder of our work. It was such an good experience I wish we would have had them do the entire job. They provide complimentary color consultation if the job is over $2500. Dave responsed immediately when I emailed him about an estimate for interior painting. He came out to the house an met with my husband to go over our paint choices and pricing. They we able to start within two weeks which worked out great for us. Dave came out the first day of the job and introduced us to the job forewoman. He also went over all our color choices and exactly what was being done; number of coats, etc. All the workers were professional, friendly and arrived on time. They did a great job of fixing and prepping the walls. The stairwell trim caulking needed quite a bit of work and now looks like new. The trim work looks great; perfect lines. They cleaned up after themselves after day one and when the finsihed.
