Description of Work: We had the entire exterior of our house painted as well as the deck. I can't say enough good things about this company! They were amazing! Professional, hard working, thorough, polite,...From start to finish I did not have one complaint. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I expected more prep work on front post that I pointed out. Extra prep work was paid for. I touched it up myself took an hour or so.

Description of Work: Overall, not a terrible job, however, there seemed to be a language barrier with Lacho. And then there were follow/corrections that were needed and each time he came out, he made the job worse. The owners and office staff were professional about getting resolved. It's the team they are using. I got the sense that they were contractors- they drove in an unmarked white van. The painting on the house was not bad, however, I do NOT recommend them for painting/staining a deck. They did not prep or stain between the boards or underneath and it's coming up already.

Description of Work: Painted exterior of stucco home. We were pleased with work and most interactions with the owners and crew. One owner spent a lot of time with the different challenges of the job and pulling together quote. Another owner did the color consultations after we signed the contract. She had good suggestions and came with samples that helped us picture what we were thinking. There was one point in the process where some agreed upon colors were not conveyed accurately to crew, but as soon as I raised the issue with the office, the crew got the updates and proceeded. When we noticed some spots on the freshly painted door and shutters that needed touch-ups, the crew was sent back within a couple days to do the touch-ups. Crew came as scheduled and completed the job on-time. Considering the size and complexity of the job, none of this was unreasonable. One thing I didn't think was reasonable, and for which we did get apology: the hose for their power washer was not well connected to house's spigot, so water was dripping, so much that there was dripping into my basement. I brought it to the crew's attention, and it was fixed, but I wish I had not had to say anything. Again, I expect some things to go a bit wrong during a large job. I would use Certapro again and have recommended them to a neighbor.

Description of Work: We had a 3-room rental apt where the tenant had made multiple large (8") holes in walls and their dog destroyed several cabinet edges. |Certapro repaired the walls & wood trim, then painted the rooms, 2 bathrooms, and closets. They did a beautiful job, on time, at their initial price. They worked with us on the schedule, and were very accommodating. |Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Said they would put two coats on but only painted one, I complained and they said they would test the paint but they never did.
