Description of Work: Our furnace is only one year old so there was not much to "tune-up"; however, with new construction we knew a lot of dust would have settled and wanted to ensure all would be well for the cold winter months. We had some confusion regarding scheduling, but nothing negative. All in all, a good service.

Description of Work: On one of the coldest days of the year our heater went out. I called Henry around 5 and he was out by 7. Quick, professional & reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a furnace cleaning and safety inspection. He was able to schedule the service within a week or the purchase and was prompt on the afternoon of the appointment. He called ahead to let us know when he would be there (which was right on time). | |As far as the actual service, he completed an inspection and very basic cleaning of our gas furnace. Being a first-time home owner, I am appreciative that he was very helpful in allowing me to stand with him the entire time and explained a lot of what he was doing. Our furnace is fairly old with an unorthodox setup but he took the time to work with it to ensure everything was completed. | |The one caveat is that we ended up spending an additional $150 (after the purchase of the $50 deal) in order for him to clean out our blower motor. He seemed very trustworthy and did a great job of making it look like new when he was done, so I do not dispute this cost, but including this in the initial deal (even for a bit more money) would have been preferred. All-in-all, this was a satisfactory first furnace-servicing experience.

Description of Work: My ac had a leak and it needed freon, Technician came out diagnosed the problem and return the follow day to do the repairs. They were courteous and very professional I had two other companies that quoted a higher prices!
