One person came out and it took maybe an hour.

Henry was great. He was familiar with the equipment I had and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I will definitely use this company again.

Henry called prior to the appt. time to let me know he was running late; however, he ended up getting to my house just a little past the appt. time. Prior to going out to inspect the a/c unit, he reminded me about putting bleach in the drain hose. I had never did this, even tho' when he said to do it, I remember he told me that the last time, but having no memory, I had forgotten about it. I immediately put in about 2/3 cup of bleach, and it just sad there. When Henry came back inside, I told him and now he needs come back to blow out the line. This simple thing could have caused huge problems, so thank goodness he reminded me of it. I now have it on my calendar for this summer and next spring.

Henry was quick to respond, quickly diagnosed the problem and saved me money. This is the second time I've used BAR and will continue using them with any other HVAC needs I have in the future.

The ac unit was old. He came and said it wasn't worth fixing. He offered to put in a new unit. He was very nice and honest.

It was good, no problems. The price was reasonable. They were very efficient, they checked everything, arrived on time. They were very professional. It was just 1 worker. They were very professional, prompt, completed the service in a timely manner and everything went well.

Henry was very detailed about the inspection, although we are in need of a new system after 30 years. He explained what parts were not working up to the machines expectations, and why a new furnace would be the best option.

This is the second time that we have used B.A.R. In December our furnace was leaking, it was cold and Henry came out very soon after calling. He needed to do an "innovative" fix, which was awesome because we were leaving on vacation. There was no question then who I would call when we woke up recently and it was COLD. This time there was no hope for the furnace. Henry once again responded quickly to my call for help, and he has once again had to come up with a "crafty" fix with the install of a new furnace. They are the best, and I would highly recommend them for both repairs and new installs. They will work until your problems are solved. They are honest and I trust them which is a very important aspect of hiring any company.

The tech was professional and pleasant! Absolutely no complaints. He came on time and quickly did the work. He gave recommendations to help save on energy and was very knowledgeable.

Henry came out and was very helpful. My furnace was in pretty good shape so ultimately there wasn't a whole lot needed for him to do. However, he let me watch what he was doing and explained what he was doing so I could learn more about my furnace. He answered my questions and was very polite.

Henry came out diagnose the issues going on with my furnance. He did an excellent job explaining what was going on with the furnance, and fixing it promptly.

B.A.R. responded to my call right away and was able to come out the next morning. Henry was professional and great to work with. He was able to give me a good product recommendation and stayed after the product had been installed to answer any questions and make sure everything was working correctly.

Both times I have used BAR Appliance, the technician was able to come very promptly. Pricing was fair and the necessary repairs were diagnosed and repaired quickly. I recommend any chance i get.

It went fine. There was an initial glitch when our service order went astray, but it was an understandable error, quickly rectified. The two service technicians who showed up were pleasant and professional. The work was accomplished quickly but thoroughly. They identified an issue to keep an eye on -- a sensor which will eventually need replacement -- but simply gave us the information and did not try to push us to authorize immediate replacement. We will happily invite them back to service our A/C unit in the spring.

Provider did a check of the system and explained the care and maintenance of it to me. Didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services. He was thorough and very polite.

These guys are fantastic! Henry went out of his way to accommodate the tenant's schedule. Got the jobs done in record time. You know when somebody says "I gotta guy that can fix that"? Well this is, and these are those guys. Prompt, polite, professional and best of all reliable. Kept me informed through both repairs. You can't go wrong with B A R. HIGHLY recommended.

I rated C on responsiveness because I had to make 3 phone calls to reach schedule an appointment. The first time I think I got an answering service and the person didn't seem to know what I was talking about. The second time I left a voicemail message. The third time I reached Henry who was quite responsive and apologetic and promptly scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time, was respectful of my home via putting protective covers on his shoes, and efficiently carried out the inspection. He was very pleasant and polite and explained everything he did and saw. Other than a little cleaning my furnace needed no further service. He offered a free inspection of my a/c system in the Spring. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and with Henry's responsiveness and professionalism. Now that I have his business card I'm certain that the difficulty in making the initial contact will not be repeated.
