Description of Work: I purchased a $59 deal for an air-conditioning tune-up or diagnostic and up to 1 pound of refrigerant and as my system needed extra refrigerant there was an additional cost of $300.

Description of Work: Henry called this morning and apologized that his truck broke down and he couldn't make my appointment. He told me to request a refund as the company was too booked to reschedule. He asked me if my AC was working, and I said yes. He said if it wasn't he would've taken a taxi over to fix it!I thought that was really nice to say.

Description of Work: This was a special price offered through Angie's list for a check and recharge of the air conditioning system. The technician performed that function and then went above and beyond the call of duty by requesting that a hose be made available so that he could wash out the unit's housing. He was very helpful and very professional. I will call on them in the future when the need arises.

Description of Work: Henry was unable to complete the service due to an electrical problem that he discovered which was beyond his technical scope of responsibility. However, he did his best to try and help me resolve what was needed to make the air-conditioner functional. He offered to return to complete the air-condition service as soon as the electrical problem could be resolved.
