Michel came out on short notice when my heat pump outside unit finally failed. Henry was here last year and replaced a faulty part but did advice me that I would need a new unit since its 19 years old. As before they where very professional, neat and very friendly and answered all my questions. Thank you very much.

Although I called on a weekend, Henry from B.A.R. came out quickly. He checked out my furnace and determined that I needed a new pressure switch. He spent quite a bit of time trying to "fix" the old switch temporarily so I would have heat through the weekend. Although he was not able to do that, Henry promised to come back on Monday as soon as the new part was available. He called me to confirm on Monday and arrived on time. He replaced the part and tested to make sure the system was working. He even called back the next day to make sure all was well. Henry answered all my questions and kept the area tidy. I recommend B.A.R. without reservation and I will use this company again.

Inspection went well. Provider was very courteous and professional. I had to pay additional fees for freezone to be added to the heat pump which was very low. Provider explained all aspects of the inspection. Henry did a good job and I would use them again.

Henry came on very short notice when I called about a malfunctioning furnace. It wasn't working and the house was freezing. The igniter was determined to be at fault. Henry picked up a replacement early the next day and had things working in short order. He was very helpful and pleasant throughout. I would recommend B.A.R. to anyone who needs work on their furnace.

We have a commercial building with 6 aging HVAC units. When I initially contacted Henry in November, I asked for a pre-winter assessment to make sure that everything was working as it should. I expected to hear a laundry list of things that were wrong or needed to be taken care of, but it was just the opposite. At the time, everything was going well, & he just made a minor adjustment to get one of the units working better, and I later had him replace an old thermostat as well. Recently, one of the rooftop units began malfunctioning, and I called Henry again to take another look/diagnosis for what was going on; he took pictures of the problem and explained why the unit was not working right. He ended up replacing two control boards for that unit. Henry has been out here a few times to check on the status of the equipment and to make sure that things were working better. If I had a question at any time, I would usually get a response back within an hour or so. He has been friendly and thorough and patient with me all along. Thank you!

Arrived on time and got right to work. Problem fixed in short order as promised. The price was very reasonable.

Before Henry arrived the furnace would not stay on. He found out that carbon was blocking the flames. Before he left he tested teh system to make sure it was working properly. He recommended a thorough cleaning. He tried to make an appointment the same day when he had a cancellation but we could not make the time he had.

The service was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I Had scheduled a simple tune-up of my system and the technician was EXTREMELY professional. He arrived on time and upon inspection of my system he noticed that it had not been serviced in YEARS by the previous homeowner and a lot of dirt had accumulated on my blower causing stress on the motor. The technician proceeded to take the blower to his shop in Towson to have it acid washed and cleaned so my system would perform at its optimum level. I will definitely use this service again and could not be any happier with my results.

I was very pleased with B.A.R.'s service. They were able to send a technician out very soon after my call and the technician arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and explained what he was doing as he did it. Unlike other providers I called, the company did not charge a fee merely for coming to take a look at my system. I was also very happy to learn that B.A.R. would install the wifi thermostat I purchased myself...Almost every other provider I spoke with refused to install the unit I'd bought on Amazon, instead insisting on charging me an insane markup for the same unit IN ADDITION to the fees I would have to pay for an installation. Overall, I was very happy with this service and would definitely recommend B.A.R. to anyone needing service.

Excellent service, friendly, left no mess, did a great job in fixing furnace door no one else could do.

I wasn't able to have them do the work because of a prior contract that was in place. I canceled the deal. We spoke several times on the phone and they were very good and efficient.

Henry, the owner, went out of his way to create a good experience for us when we needed our heating system cleaned. We found him on Angies List where he had a special. He even went to the store with me when I got the wrong thermostat and helped me pick the right one, free of charge. He gave us a good discount and we really enjoyed the fact that he took time to educate us on what he was doing. I highly recommend this company for superior service. Henry is honest, skilled and had a good heart.

This was my first experience with Angie's list and I am very pleased. He called and said that he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier which made us very happy. He was able to determine the problem right away, explained it in terms we could understand and completed the repair. He checked other parts to be sure that his diagnosis was the only problem and suggested items that may need to be repaired in the future. We were pleased that our unit was able to be repaired and did not need to be replaced, as it is the original and is about 16 years old. The repair was completed and our unit was cooling within about an hour. We are not ready to replace our unit but will definitely consider this provider when we are ready and will gladly recommend him to our friends and neighbors who need AC service.

Everything went great. He showed up on time and performed a complete inspection on all of the components of my A/C system. Then he charged the system, and hang around to make sure it was working properly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use them again!

I had called several companies before this one. Prices where outrages compared to borrego. To start off with, the others were trying to charge me 125.00 just to come out and tell me what was wrong with my unit. Borrego was totally free estimate. Technician was here the same day on time, diagnosed what was wrong within minutes and charged almost half of what I would have been charged from another company, just to come out here! He changed a contractor, and topped off my unit with freon. Great friendly service. Thank you.
