The service provider was on time and even called me to ask if I wanted him to arrive earlier. They were very professional and wore covers on their shoes when they came from the outside to protect my carpet. They checked my unit and made sure my filter was clean. I would use them again.

BAR (Henry) is very professional and punctual. We had called him the first time because our AC was not functioning. When he came, he told us that it may be an easy fix, and he would take a look. Within minutes, our AC was up and running.While he was here, we also asked if our AC was functioning well otherwise, and he examined it and noticed that our contact was worn and likely would need to be replaced within the next year. As such, we scheduled a follow-up appointment with him to fix it. In both cases, BAR accommodated our schedules, made sure that we were aware of their arrival times, promptly emailed us our receipts, and looked for reasonable fixes. If future issues come up with our AC, I would gladly hire them again.

Henry and Chris inspected the inside and outside AC units and all of the vents on the main floor. Henry added sanitizer to the system and checked the freon level. Both Henry and Chris were professional and friendly.

Servicemen arrived early. Conducted inspection, explained results, and answered my questions. Added a small amount fluid. Professional, courteous and efficient.

I originally purchased an AC check and found out my 22 year old AC unit had a slow Freon leak, which meant I needed a new unit . Henry was always on time and extremely efficient and friendly. He made me aware of everything I needed and possible options. He worked with me on pricing and most importantly he was EXTREMELY accommodating. I was leaving for vacation and didn't want to leave a house with animals with no AC. He came back the very next evening with a new unit and was working at my house until almost 9:00 PM. I was very grateful. In a world where you have to wait for weeks to get an appointment and then wait 4 hours not knowing exactly what time someone will show up, it's refreshing to have someone who is conscientious and reliable enough to be there when he says he will be. He even called days later to make sure everything was working well...which it was. I would definitely recommend!

The service technician was excellent. He was running late and called to let me know. Did a great job after arriving. Found one problem with my very old unit. Fixed it promptly. Answered all my questions knowledgably. Would highly recommend.

The inspection was very thorough, efficient, and professional; and, as it turns out, very timely. I originally hesitated to have the AC system check done in the first place thinking that I would just wait and see how it performed at the start of the summer. That might have been a bad mistake because the inspection service clearly showed that the relay contact module in the compressor had such badly worn and charred contacts that it would have had little chance of lasting through the dog days of summer. There was no pressure and there were no scare tactics. It was obvious that the cost of replacing the module was marginal considering what I would pay for a separate service call in the middle of the summer when temps are in the high 90's and AC units are dropping like flies. The decision to replace the part was a no-brainer. In addition to the installation of a new relay contact module, a protective "delay timer", which was not part of the original system, was also installed at no extra charge. Best of all, all of this was done without anyone, except the service tech, breaking a sweat.

AC stopped working, and Henry made an emergency call to come out and test the unit freon level. He found that the freon was low and added more. Price of freon was reasonable and lower than other HVAC companies would charge. Service was prompt and professional, and our unit was cooling again.

Henry was prompt, reviewed in detail the work and allowed me to watch while he went over all the working parts of the units. offered suggestions for extending the life of the units (2008 models). definitely a keeper.

Henry was professional, no nonsense and very personable. He accurately scanned our ac function and added freon. He did not "find things" wrong to up the cost! He gave us pointers on keeping the AC operating at full capacity, Thank you B.A.R. You're our new Go to guys for our Heating and AC. This was my second time using BAR and I'll definitely use them again as they do a thorough job and they seem to take care of their loyal customers.

Excellent they were prompt and very professional. Took the time to explain what he was inspecting and looking for. I learned a lot and was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism. There were no required repairs only cleaning of built up dust.
