It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were okay. I thought they were overpriced with what little they did. I just didn't think there was very much effort with the amount of money involved. I thought they were going to clean each duct and that's not what they did as I recall.

I used them through a big deal I purchased on Angie's List. The guy did a really good job. It was a simple job, but he did a good job.

They were quite busy. The response time was mediocre. I was not overly impressed with their service. They dd a fairly quick job. I thought they would have been more thorough. I think the price wasn't great. I would not recommend them. I would not use them again.

It worked fine. He wound up coming by when I wasn't home but he cleaned out the ducts and my dryer worked perfectly again! I did not have to spend anything more than the big deal purchase that I made. The price was fine.

It went well---only minor problem was that they had to cut a small panel in the bottom of our basement air handler in order to do the cleaning. They taped it all shut after they were finished, but the tape is prone to coming loose.

The work turned out good. They did fine. I would recommend them. I think they sold me some other things while they were there, but it was not very expensive. They did not charge me anything more for the service that they advertised, but while they were in there, they told me that they found some other things that I might want to do, and I talked to them about it and decided to do it. The guys were very friendly. It was pretty much the service, but they were very nice about that. This was the first time I used them.

I was out of town and was bring a sick person home. A friend oversaw the process and said everything worked out fine.

It went fine. The first few night he did it we heard some rattling in the vents but it went away so all is well. Seem professional and hard working. Did what they said they were going to do when they were going to do it. FYI- It was so long ago I don't remember when I had it done or how much it cost. Sorry! It was probably a year ago or so.

They were fine. They came on time. They left a mess but other than that they were fine. They didn't take very long so that was good. I don't know if I would use them again because of the mess that they left but they were fine.

I bought their Big Deal coupon; the offer was for air duct cleaning of the whole house. I do not have anything in particular to say about them. They showed up and did a great job at a great price. They were nice guys and were very professional. The duct cleaning was important because when we finished the basement, they were drilling through concrete and they forgot to turn off our furnace so we had this real fine concrete dust all over the house. We vacuumed it but it still remained in the ducts so they cleaned it all and it was real nice. They even did the dryer lines for basically nothing; that was pretty full of junk too. They were very professional and were fast workers.

They were very polite and on time. They just got the dryer all cleaned up. There wasn't anything I didn't like. The guy just came and did the job. The experience with them was great.

Wonderfully. the worker arrived on time, called before he came. did a great job. No cause whatsoever for complaint. Very happy.

It went pretty well. The technician did an excellent job cleaning the ducts. However, he left one duct's vent closed completely and did not point out that the return duct has become detached from the blower unit.

All went well but noticed that they guy missed a room after he left.
