RC Duct Cleaning

been a while....sorry. but individual was on time, operated cleanly during and tidied up after. service took about 2 couples from start to finish. not sure when last time cleaned by prior owner, so lots of stuff came out. :)

I think he got the dryer vent clean, but he left a mess of its contents on the ground near the outside end of the vent. This was too long ago for me to be reviewing.

Technician was not meticulous and did not seem to want to be here.

Service was fine. The serviceman removed the lint from the dryer vent adequately.

I purchased the service in advance and didn't follow through and set up an appointment so I can't comment on how well the vendor did. I am filling this out since this request has popped up everytime I've logged on for the last year and I didn't know another option to get rid of this annoying feature

No complaints, pretty straightforward job, went quickly and was on time.

They were great. They were very efficient and very clean. My interaction with them was fine. The work turned out very good.

It was okay and they were punctual and professional.

I’m not sure whether the service did that much good. He dropped a ball down into the registers, and seemed to bang around a while. Then. he put down a vacuum hose and that was it. I’m not too sure, if I should have expected more, or if I got the best of what was available on the market. Other companies I've used times before have come in and blocked off the registers and put big hoses in the duct work. In one case they actually cut into the duct work so that they could insert the hose.

We thought dryer duct work was cleaned ... later found out the ducts were completely blocked with dryer lint. I had to take apart the duck work and clean out the lint myself. Look like there was 15 years of lint in there.

It wasn't the best experience. We were moving into a new home, so I purchased it before we moved, and I figured they would come and do it, and make sure they cleaned it all out, but they didn't show up. I called them, and they said they were sorry and rescheduled it, and then they didn't come back out that day either. They said the guy fell sick. They did finally come although it took an effort, and the guy did a fine job, but it was just getting it taken care of. I would tell them to live up to their deal, and to call up people when they don't show up. I told the guy they could have sent an email to notify us that they weren't coming.

They cleaned our ducts three times. The last two times, they were supposed to replace a dryer vent cover on the outside of the house. They promised they'd come back and do that. But when I called them, they said it would cost $100 for the service call, but they'd only charge me $70 for the service call since I was a repeat customer. I said I'd meet them halfway do $50. I never got a call back. The follow-through was not good. The guy who showed up at the house was a good guy and did good work, and very responsive and professional, but I won't use them again.

Well. Was an Angie's Big Deal. It was easy to schedule. Worker arrived within the window of time scheduled. He was friendly, polite, and answered all my questions.

This was a few years ago, but I remember that they only spent about 5 minutes with my dryer, which seemed like very little time to get the work done. They also came a little late. This was an Angie's list Special Deal.

It was a big deal. It went well. The workers were fine.

A lot of time has passed, so the information here is the best guess on my part. I was not home, but my wife said they used a shop-vac type of vacuum. I prefer the more professional equipment, where they actually go under the deck and clean the vent from the outside opening. Hard to say how effective the job was, but a lot of time has gone by and I'm filling this out to get it off my list of to-do items.

They were great. Answered all my questions. Very professional and thorough.

I wasn't impressed with this company. They came in and due to the return being clean, he said it wasn't necessary to do any of the others. He didn't sanitize any of them and just handed the bottle to me to do it myself.

When I called them, they said they do not work in my area. I need to get my money back.

Great! I will have to remember to do it once a year.

All went well. The gentleman told me that he can see that I clean the lint out very well.He completed his work in about a half hour and went on his way.

They were professional and did a fine job. The price seemed very reasonable.

It was good. I used them shortly after we purchased the deal and we ended up spending about $200.
