RC Duct Cleaning

Vacuumed out all vents and cleaned furnace.

Normally, the cleaning should be thorough that it would not need cleaning again until another 4 - 5 years. After one year, the accumulation of dust was just as bad. My heating and cooling maintenance person showed me how my air-filter was so bad even after one week of installation.

They cleaned my dryer vent. They did a good job.

It was fine and there were no other costs. They were on time and professional and cleaned the vents. They got the job done in a couple hours. The technician was nice.

I thought they did a very good job and I would use them again. They technicians were fine and there were no issue with scheduling.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. As far as I can tell, they did a perfectly adequate job. There were no additional costs and they didn’t ask if they could do additional work. The work was fine and I would recommend them to others.

The gentleman that came out was very personable. He was there on time and I would give him the highest ratings. He took the time to explain what he was doing. I will definitely use him again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was very satisfactory. Everything went well. We were completely satisfied.

I used them two years ago and the service went alright. This time they were very unprofessional and the service was not done satisfactory. The person that came did not do the service properly and he damaged something in the outside duct, so they sent the owner out on 9/27/13, but it was not the owner. I explained what happened and he was very rude to me and did not care about the problem, saying "you are just trying to annoy me by bringing me out here." I told him that I don't think that I should pay, but I did have to. I will never hire them again.

Surprisingly thorough...beyond expectations. Amount of lint/hair/filth was considerable.The tech answered questions, seemed very intent on being thorough which is a bit uncommon.

Very quick. They found almost no lint so I would probably not do this again but did give me some peace of mind that my vent was safe.

They were very nice but would have only cleaned and half of the air ducts if I didn't keep pointing out ones they had missed.

He came with a bunch of PVC pipe that connected together with an attached wheel of fibers meant to capture the lint caught in the duct. I could have bought the same kit for less than half the price and done it myself because he just connected a vacuum to the PVC pipes. Nothing fancy. It didn't seem like the tech was really trying too hard to clean it well. I watched him do the whole thing since he didn't seem to realize how long the duct was for our dryer. Wasn't necessarily unhappy with them but wasn't all that impressed either.

Our service man did a great job and cleaned up the area afterwards. I also asked him about lint in the washing machine, and he gave me a great suggestion. Very friendly and professional.

Provided arrived as scheduled, was professional and completed the job as agreed upon. This was the first time getting the vent cleaned professionally (tried it out b/c of having coupon), and felt ultimately it was not worth the money after seeing what was done; likely we could have done ourselves. So, the service was fine, but lesson learned for us.

The service man explained everything he was doing and was quick and clean. I would hire them again.

Missed a few appointments. But the company was responsible to give me other dates that worked for me. The operator arrived on time as promised. He wascourtious .. Responsive and answered all the questions i had. He recommended a few fixes to the ducts that I could do myself. The entire cleaning lasted less than an hour. The guy from the company cleaned up the house after he was done cleaning.

Dryer vent got cleaned?. BUT! The service tech did not have the proper vacume attachments, So lint dust was blown in to the basement where he accessed the vent..Also, He did not clean the vent area where it exits the dryer. So I'm not sure if the vent was 100% cleaned OR 50% cleaned?

Slight odor from sanitizer....expected.

Fantastic, the company called to remind me of the appointment and to let me know the day of that the serviceman was on his way. The serviceman was professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done and was very effecient.

It went very quickly. The workman said that there was some, but not a lot, of lint accumulated.

Took a long a long time to get scheduled, but otherwise everything was great.
