Description of Work: RC was hired to clean my dryer vent. When the dryer was reconnected, he fashioned an 8" sleeve of aluminium tape. This material is quite sticky and in short order it trapped a fair amount of lint.

Description of Work: The Company first rescheduled because of extreme heat on the original date. I waited for their arrival on the newly agreed upon date and they showed up over three hours late ad then told me they could not complete the work because their ladder broke on the last job. I sent you all an email to request a refund and to date I have not heard from you. Please provide me with a full refund for the duct services bought. Thank you.

Description of Work: Could not BELIEVE the difference in the air quality in the house and the tech recommended a filter for one specific intake vent that seemed to be the most problematic. I was thrilled, instead of every few years, they'll be coming once a year for the dryer and the air vents!

Description of Work: We bought the Big Deal for air duct cleaning back in late May or early June. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were 'booked solid' through the middle of July. However, we could not run our AC at all until it was done and I'm pregnant. I called frequently to see if they'd had any earlier appointments come available and they always said no. Finally, I asked if we could pay more to get them to come sooner and they agreed... for an additional $75. I needed it done (it was over 95 degrees IN our house and we have two little children), but I find this to be a little shady- Big Deals are supposed to promote their business, but apparently Big Deal customers are second class- we can only get the "good" times for the work if you pay significantly more. In anycase, when the guy did come, he was pleasant, professional, and on time- so I give him a good rating. However, I watched what he did, and it really looked like all he did was use a ShopVac to suck out the dust from the vents- but without removing the vent covers or going very far inside. I could have done that in an hour. I assumed when I read 'duct cleaning and sanitizing" that they'd be going further in than that and have some kind of specialized tools. Overall, I was not impressed and won't use this company again.

Description of Work: The Angies List Offer was $99, which the announcement was emailed to me. I purchased it. I then called them to schedule to come out. Earliest they could make it was 3 weeks hence. They called the night before to re-schedule, saying they would not have a gut out in may area for 3 more weeks. They called to confirm the day before, then told me I am outside their service area! WTH! Called Angies List to complain. They offered refund to my credit card, and has not been creditied yet. Upset on many levels here.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning. We had a little trouble scheduling the duct cleaning. The office person was unaware of the Angle's list deal. However, the workman was excellent! He was right on time and did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned out two dryer vents, one of which is long and difficult to access. Advised me that this vent was blocked by a bug screen and current venting arrangement. They don't do the work of moving, but advised who would and offered recommendations re possible companies.On second vent, replace the cap and added screen to keep out snakes, birds, for $ 25.00 a piece. Offered me the same price I had paid two years ago after I noticed significant increase in prices. Courteous, didn't push, prompt.

Service person was professional and provided feedback on the state of the ducts and vent. He shared good ideas on how to maintain them clean and improve them. We are pleased with the results.

Description of Work: Great followup to online inquiry. Scheduled the work around my schedule, arrived on time, courteous, kept me informed of what he was doing and why. I asked to have dryer vent cleaned after he arrived and felt the "last minute" price was very fair. I will definitely recommend this company again.
