Description of Work: Cleaned the ducts. Showed up on time. Did not look at the filters, etc, which was irksome as they were totalled clogged after the cleaning.....DIdn't even mention it. I don't know if I would use them again. I feel Mountain Aire did a much better job several years ago when they actually used a device that beat the ducts on the inside and loosened the dirt. These guys just stuck a large vacuum hose down the ducts....meh

Description of Work: Honestly I cannot remember when I had this service performed. I believe it was September. I actually purchased the Big Deal in the spring but since my summer was busy we put off the service until the fall. I was very impressed with the guy who came out. Very courteous and neat and he really seemed to know what he was doing. He went to the basement furnace and then went to EVERY duct in the house and cleaned them out. Very thorough. He discussed with me what he would do and why and I really appreciated his courtesy and level of effort.

Description of Work: The technician came on time, explained the procedure, and was out in a timely manner. We are first time home buyers and bought a short sale that hadn't been lived in for over a year. With a newborn it was important that the ducts be cleaned. We were not disappointed.

Description of Work: I think I may have misunderstood the service offered . I was expecting a full suction cleaning of the duct work throughout my home. What was done was that each ceiling vent was vacuumed with a brush and a spray applied to the vent opening that houses the the furnace filter. This was one of the Big Deal opportunities so it was fine. If I had paid full price for this service I would have been more disappointed.
