Description of Work: I bought this service as an Angies List "Hot Deal" to clean the ducts as a first step in getting my home ready for sale. The office assistant who scheduled my appointment was kind, professional and worked with my schedule. They called two days prior to make sure we were stil "a go". The technician arrived about 10 minutes late, (no biggie) and began work. He was very friendly, professional and explained what he was going to do and why. I felt I was in good hands. He cleaned up, put everything back in it's place and wished me a great weekend! Another great win for Angie's List!!!!!

Description of Work: Before they came, when I signed up for the Big Deal, they said I couldn't have an appointment for two months. I thought since I'd found them through Angie's List maybe they were worth waiting for and I wasn't in any hurry to have the work done. They did show up when they said they would. But I had called them prior to this asking how they were going to conduct their cleaning, whether they would need to cover furniture, clean up the floor, that kind of thing. They assured me that it would be perfectly okay, that they would use a high powered vacuum cleaner and that my house would not be a mess. Well, it turned out that that was not true. After they left and I walked to the air exchange for my air conditioning system, it was just full of lint and dust.

Description of Work: We did this service thru one of the Angie's Big Deals. We are so pleased. Mark did an excellent job of determining that there was a break in the dryer duct system. My husband was able to repair it. Mark was able to successfully clean the dryer vents and Dryer is functioning the best it has in many years! Thank You! The only thing is the company should do is extend it's business hours beyond 9:30-3:30pm to accommodate working individuals.

Description of Work: I used RC Duct Cleaning about 3 months ago and have no regrets. They were great. My dryer vent goes between 2 floors, and across 3 rooms to the exterior. They blew it out from the inside, and then got a ladder, removed the exit vent, and used a brush to loosen the residue inside the pipe. You would be amazed at what they got out of that pipe. I feel so much safer about avoiding a vent fire now. I will use them on a regular basis.

Description of Work: Cleaned two heating zones in my house. Attached powerful vacuum to both heat pumps and sucked out debris for about 20 minutes. Went to every floor register and vacuumed them out. Went to every ceiling register and blew air into them while the vacuums were working on the heat pumps.
