Description of Work: they were very professional. We needed a few odd things done. Hung new outdoor fixtures. We wanted one fixture rewired because it was originally done with interior wire. They suggested that we wait because the fixture it self was no good for outdoors either...the taped up the area that kept getting wet. We will call them when we are ready to replace the whole thing. They worked quickly and efficiently!

Description of Work: The electrician was very patience with me. He had me call the telephone technician and fine out what was need before he started. He was very informative as to what I needed. He did not charge me for the extra time he had to wait. He competed the work, very professional. I would definitely use the again.

Description of Work: I called this company on Wednesday for an estimate and it is 5 days later and I have not received a call back. I will not be going with them even if they do end up returning my call.

Description of Work: JKJ actually did work twice for us. The first was back in the summer, when the electrician checked out a number of miscellaneous lighting problems and two broken ceiling fans. He took care of all the work he could that day quickly and professionally. The ceiling fans had burned out parts that may or may not have been related to this summer's derecho, but getting replacement parts certainly was related to the storm. JKJ ordered the parts but explained that it was going to take longer than usual to get them. They were very prompt and friendly when the parts did come in and followed up with me a number of times because I forgot to call back. We had a good experience with them.

Description of Work: When I hired this service, they stated that the electrician would arrive from 12 to 2pm. The electrician called me at 1:05pm to say that he would be at my house in 30 min. By 2:30pm he was not at my house and when I called he said that he was 15 minutes away. I cancelled his service because I couldn't trust someone to provide such an important service when he couldn't meet his schedule and kept lying about his arrival time.

Description of Work: Called them for 3 things: 1. Fix a ceiling fan that went on and off on it's own and this they did just fine. 2. Fix an outside generator that was not working. They could not figure out how to do this after just trying to start it over and over and over and over. Just turning the ignition switch the same way over and over. Oh well, no go. 3. Find out why an electrical circuit breaker kept flipping off after a couple of minutes and fix the problem so the garage door could function and the outdoor lighting and fan would work. They spent hours trying to figure it out. When I'd pass them sitting down and staring into space they wooed say they were waiting to see what happened. Two guys who seemed, well I hesitate to say this but, not the brightest bulbs on the circuit if you get my meaning. Finally they said they would have to come back after notifying their office what needed to be done to fix it. OK I said and they left. It's been 2 months and not a word. They also left many tools behind and never came back for them. Not first on my call back list but thanks guys.

Description of Work: The guys arrived 15 minutes early & were extremely professional. They were very knowledgeable & worked on the electrical wiring for moving our washer & dryer to the upstairs. They also did some wiring in the downstairs basement & kitchen area. Not only were they proficient & fast, but they were engaging & friendly. I would not hesitate to hire this company again in a second. In fact, I will be telling all of my friend about this company whenever they need work done of this nature. Great jobs guys. It was a pleasure to have you do work for us!!
