John and his crew were awesome. So knowledgeable, professional, and hard working. It was a big job that took the entire day. John checked in with us frequently to describe the work in detail. He offered great advice and will be coming back to add a surge protector! I highly recommend!

I was expecting 2 men for half a day. Instead, they arrived approximately 2 hour apart. They were very efficient and their work was excellent, but I wish they had arrived together and worked the 4 hours together. IOne of the men accidentally took the tool required to remove the lampshade (to clean or wash it, remove the fixture if I need to pain behind the light) from the bathroom fixture. He told me he would return it, but he neglected to do so.

John and his team were incredibly professional. They were punctual, considerate, and a pleasure to work with. It's been about six months since everything has been done and it has all worked wonderfully! These guys went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, we'd call them in the future for any electrical work. Thanks!

The outside outlet installation took about an hour and works great. I then hired them to install recessesd lighting in 3 rooms. They were able to schedule me within a few days. The whole business consists of the owner John Bentz and 2 employees, Shawn and Jeremy. I discussed the lighting with John and he examined the spaces and the attic. Then he left for a while and Jeremy and Shawn did the work. It was not a straightforward installation because I had 2 interior ceiling fixtures that needed to be removed and because the electrical wiring had to go through the attic which had some plywood floors and a lot of insulation and because one location did not have an existing switch to tie the electrical into. The biggest problem was existing HVAC ductwork in the attic above some of the desired light locations. Each problem was attacked systematically and solved. The lights look great and because they have LED bulbs, I won't have to get on a ladder to change them for many, many years. Before discussing the work with John, I compared prices and possible Big Deals on Angie's list since I hd seen these deals before. John gave me a comparable price but I elected to spend a bit more for the LED lights to extend the bulb life and save electricity. I feel I got a good deal and aprofessional job. they will be the electricians that I call for future work.

It was pretty good, but the job was kind of bigger and was kind of a wacky thing. He was a very nice guy. I would have had several things done, but I have not had them done yet. He was fine.

The electricians called an hour before arrival time to confirm. Jeremy and Sean arrived in a timely manner, gave me a descriptive overview of what the job would entail, and got right to work. They successfully resolved my problem and finished the job in about an hour.

The workers were professional and detail oriented. They seemed to want to make sure they got everything right. The light that they installed in the closet solved a long-standing problem in that area. I would definitely recommend them.

This was our third project, with the company. The last project was to install a new circuit panel, which was preformed by the owner. When he completed the project the room he was standing in had no lights and he did not even observe that. He then opened the panel to investigate and I noticed several dangling wires in the box. I asked what they were and he stated oh don't worry the are not needed. The next day we noticed yet another circuit was not working, called the owner back and he fixed the new issue and said by the I connect those other dangling wires. The reason he did not fix in the first place was he did have enough wire, if we had not called back those wires would still be hanging in the box. Today there are still long runs of wire that have not been attached or stapled properly to the trusses. The last issue is, I went to install a new receptical off of a new one that they installed and notice the grounding wires were not used properly. if you use this guy I highly recommend an inspection fo any work. My point is that the last visit proved that all three interactions were bad items just were not found untill the end. Almost missed one, breaker popped in the basement and 50% of the labels

They no longer do whole electrical inspection in my area.

Mr Bentz arrived on time and quickly installed our ceiling fan. He was very polite and worked quickly.

Basically, Bentz looked at the wires outside which was why I bought the hours of electrician's time. They looked and said there was in incomplete job (which I knew about) and they would complete the job fully. I feel very secure with their work.

It went very well. They got the job done in about 4 hours. Mr. Bentz came out to verify what was needed and they sent another guy out to finish up the job. The cleanup was good.

Very professional and polite crew. Carefully thought out what needs to be done and how to do it when installing the chandeliers which also contained many crystal parts which had to be attached one by one. The foyer chandelier was challenging but they did it meticulously.

He's been good and very responsive.

All service was outstanding! I have several more projects which I cannot wait for them to do. They are prompt, professional, courteous, and demonstrate high integrity.

It went very well. I was very pleased with the work that they did and I would definitely use them again. They responded within a couple of days, and usually I’m able to get them in and out. They gave me some recommendations in terms of them coming back and doing an upgrade on my furnace. I wasn’t ready to do it but at some point I would. I had another company that came and they were also electric. They were awesome and they let me know that I didn’t need the work done because I gave them more information and detail. They told me that I didn’t need to upgrade and that I just needed to switch out the panels. They were very prompt and polite. They were personable, and they came in and did the work. They went from outlet to outlet. They pretty much got all of the work done that I wanted done in 2 to 3 minutes. My 2 hours was up and that’s when they stopped. They got a lot done and I don’t know if it was 2 hours. I thought their pricing was fair and I was pleased.

The work was clean, though a few things had to be re-done to meet specifications. The supervisor (possibly the owner) didn't have a friendly attitude. While here, he had to go and get a part, leaving only one person to work for a while. When he was finished with work on a very high fixture, I asked to climb his tall ladder to adjust the shades and then to quickly wash a second story window.--about a ten minute job. He reluctantly agreed, but it was clear he wasn't pleased. No serious complaints, but I won't hire this company again.

Mr. Bentz was professional and very knowledgeable.

He told me he would be there at 8 sharp; called him and he picked up indicating he was running late. Showed up in a sedan and not a truck at 8:30 AM. Deal was for 2 hours of work. He took a lot of phone calls during the job. I was working upstairs and heard him talking a lot of the time. He had a headlamp, so he could still work; however it was not ideal and had to add a little time to the job. Came up after an hour or so indicating that he had to go purchase the correct circuit breaker and we spent some time calling around, which was OK. He left and returned 35 minutes later and went back to work. Finished the job, came upstairs and said it took an additional 45 minutes so it was 175 instead of the 99 big deal. I almost argued/haggled and then decided it wasn't worth it since he did do a nice job in tidying up the box. All in all, I figured the 99 dollar big deal saved me 25 to 50 bucks and not more like 75. If I used them again, I would set clear expectations.

They were prompt to schedule and prompt to arrive. We had tried to be proactive and save money by purchasing what we thought the supplies we needed were to install overhead light boxes. Unfortunately what we had bought was not the proper equipment so we did have to purchase them from the contractor which of course then had a 10 or 20% markup, but they were honest about the markup. Perhaps if we had asked in advance what we would need we could have bought the right stuff and saved some money prior to them coming out. My husband is also curious about how all of this stuff works so and the team that came out was happy to discuss it with him and show them what they were doing. Only one odd thing was that when they installed the plates to cover the overhead lighting the screws in both rooms didn't line up so they weren't able to put one of the two screws in each plate. However, since we put up an overhead light in one of the rooms already and will do so in the other soon, not having a screw on the plates really isn't an issue.

They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and were very personable.

Two people came to do this and it took about forty-five minutes. They arrived on time and were pleasant. I would tell friends and family that for basic electric work they would be good.
